Epics are just expensive and most of them are essential part of a deck. Why are class epics the same price as neutral if you only get to play them in 1 class?
This is exactly why Hearthstone is so hostile to the F2P model - the Epic cards in KnC are extremely powerful and versatile, and they have much more of an impact than any legendary tbh. That being said, Epics are Epics because not everyone "should" have them, exactly because they are this powerful. It sucks but this just leaves you at a crossroads - either spend money, get the cards you want/need or don't.
because you're getting handouts to be able to play a class (like getting a Deathknight or Weapon) but not to play all the classes ; it's clear they're 'allowing' you to play one class but needing to grind/pay for the rest. I've been playing since Naxx and for the first time ever since Kobolds I cannot afford to play things I want to play, despite all the handouts.
we're all happy about them giving us more stuff, but now we're also getting too many deck crucial epics and legendaries that are often not Neutral. it might actually be worse now for people who want to play all the decks.

Go with Voidlord if you have the Warlock DK. Decent deck for low cost. Otherwise Corridor Creeper is good in many decks. I crafted those and 2 Carnivorous Cube for Wild Deathrattle Hunter shenanigans

The hostile thing are actually the duplicates. I received a decent number of epics in my KaC pack opening but ended up with 8x Shimmering Courser and 5x Cataclysm. Gwent for example lets you choose the card with highest rarity in a pack which is quite a fair F2P-Model. Don't expect this from Blizzard, but some kind of internal counter (similar to the pity counter) preventing to get more than let's say 4 copies of an epic card would definitely help F2P players.
For OP: If you don't want to spend money, stick with the deck of you choice and craft the epics you miss. Alternatively, check popular epics that fit in many decks. Corridor Creeper would be a great example for this. It's probably the safest craft from your list.
It will always remain an individual choice but I would 100 % skip crafting these:
To My Side because they will not stay interesting and the requirement is too high for any competitive deck.
Brawl because they are Classic cards. Stay patient and you will open them some day from free Tavern Brawl packs.
Dead Man’s Hand because it’s not a very good card.
Bring It On! because it’s not a very good card.
Spiteful Summoner because they are extremely restrictive and I doubt they will be super useful at any point in time.
Grand Archivist because (same as above)
The rest are good cards but I would suggest not crafting any epics you’re still opening packs from. That means do not craft and Kobolds epics because you might open them and that would seriously suck... having to disenchant a card you just crafted.

And don't forget we have now 2 legendary per class. Its almost impossible have 2/3 tier 1 decks without paying (real money) for then.

Also, class specific Epics are the same cost as the Neutral ones because they have strong syngergy with their respective classes.
I'd go for 2x Creeper. Believe they're in a lot more decks than the others.

Shadow visions allows you to make weird shenanigans!

Nope.
PRIORITY NUMBER 1:
corridor creeper . this card is every single deck .
