Hi, I've been playing this game for over a year now. I've been wondering. Can Nozdormu be used competitively.
The reason for this question. Nozdormu could ruin combo decks, auctioneer, and make the opponent freak, so they decide worse. They could panic and do things to fast and miss a lethal. They could use a removal on it. They could just go face, and miss the fact you have lethal.
Thank you for reading this, and if you want to comment, please do so.
Hm, I don't know about competitive, but it did win me a Tavern Brawl yesterday, because my opponent couldn't handle using 'Build a Beast' and playing it in that time two turns in a row. xD
I could imagine that it would also make using Galvadon a lot more difficult ... if anyone actually played the Paladin Quest.^^
Nice thread! I think that in some minion-based decks it may give your opponent a turn of misplay. But in my opinion it wont be a problem to an experienced player and it wont win you any games. :)
You can have some hillarious moments with it, and even win some games because of his ability, but I don't think it will ever be competitive, 9 mana for a 8/8 with no other impact is too expensive.
Play it between Rank 25 and 15 (But Players at R15 might already be way to good) and meme them. A combination between semi-contentated players, a poor internet connection and Nozdormu might serve you well.
If Nozdormu's effect was more like Loatheb, it would be a much more interesting card I think... being able to remove it and get the full turn is just too much of a downside to even consider.

yes, shadowreaper anduin is a thing and you could actually interrupt their combo by lowering their turn's timer.

Nope
Thanks for your useful, and not so useful comments. Im guessing if it had a higher stat line, it would be better. Maybe 9/10.
Also noticed that phone players are straight up fucked.
it would be good against retarded priests. otherwise i dont see it being that useful. they always have their death tho so u have to bait it out first
From what I understand, Nozdormu has a bug such that each player actually gets 21 seconds, not 15 seconds.
That's a big difference. It means that Nozdormu doesn't even serve the severely limited purpose it seems to be designed for.

But on a more serious note.. No.
