The shaman deathknight is the only one that seems strong.
i pray to face shaman DK, he is suprisingly bad, among all the DK he is the only one that requires pure RNG, his Battlecry, his Hero Power need 100% RNG , the opposite for Priest, who can deal damage, Druid who can choose to deal damage or play defensive and armoring up, or jaine when she summons 3/6 Lifesteal, all of them saw play but shaman's one is really really bad
So if you have not played with skelemancer and bonemare, they are both great in the right decks. Also rogue is pretty good, I was rank 20 after last season so I am not at high ranks yet (still around 12), but when I play against the decks that people are saying are good right now, I am doing well against them, plague doctor is so incredibly good you would not believe. Especially against warlock and druid, but shaman also has some good stuff for me to hit. I think when the meta settles midrange will be quite powerful, and the aggro decks we know from last expansion will change to be more like zoo decks, also zoo does not suck right now.

Just fill your deck with one drops, that is creative deck design, right?
Bloodreaver Gul'dan is awesome, but I rarely get to play him, since I often win or lose before turn 10. Demons + buffs can get out of control quickly. This is in Wild, mind you, where you have a much better selection of demons available: in Standard, half the demons are unusable if you're not playing a discard deck. The new Despicable Dreadlord seems strong though.
Overall, this expansion feels like a toolbox to me: it doesn't introduce completely new archetypes, but it adds tools for many existing ones.
I'm also with OP on this one (and with Trump to some extent). While it's really early to evaluate the cards, many of them seem underwhelming for me. The shaman set (although the murloc card draw will be a core card in the near future), the warrior cards, the mage ones... you get the idea. But if I have to express my honest opinion, at least the KoFT commons and rares are better than those from MSoG, because I can see them being used in arena.
The real change KoFT will bring, is it will make modifications to older decks and nothing more. I hardly ever see new deck-types forming (in standard). The decks we see atm will perish in a couple of weeks and will be replaced by the modified Un'Goro ones.
Have been playing Mill Rogue in Wild, FUCKING AWESOME
Have been playing Standart Jade Rogue, FUCKING AWESOME
Been Playing Deathrattle Paladin, FUCKING AWESOME!!
Control Paladin? FUCKING AWESOME
I haven´t started toying with the rest of the classes but Warlock, Priest and Mage seem really strong, Hunter looks fun, Control Warrior seems solid, I haven´t face many Druids nor Shamans but Jade Druid is surely strong if I can do ok with Jade Rogue.
Maybe take a look into what is new rather than how it improves what you knew bro, some sets require creativity from your part or just wait until the netdecks are outthere for you to Ctrl+V
Another common gem: Tainted Zealot. For those too cheap to craft Bloodmage Thalnos or wanting to run suicidal spells like Hellfire, Spirit Lash, Defile, etc.

the mid-year expansion/adventure usually provides tools and support for current archetypes unlike the first and last expansion/adventure of the year. This is why Karazhan 2016 and TGT 2015 are always low-impact to everyone.
The first expansion of the year always has biggest impact due to the rotation, and the last expansion of the year also has big impact due to having the highest number of cards in Standard.
So basically you want to play one specific deck, one that has sucked for 3 expansions straight, it isn't working and therefore the entire expansion sucks? Also I can guarantee that a powercreep on an aggrodin staple would fit into the deck, if Righteous Protector isn't good enough for you I don't know what is.
i play mainly Highlander priest with shadowreaper and I don't think I have lost to shaman yet it relies too much on RNG to plan around and a lot of times can hurt you more then it hurts the opponent

I was all stoked to make aggro paladin. unfortunately its still crap.
Corpsetaker is cool and all. Shame that its just a glorified sivlermoon guardian.
Yeah well commons are not great. There are few shitty cards of other rarities too. They may have been printed for the next expansions.
Why did you ask him what rank hes at? LOL The DK hero cards are pretty good. Not all of them ofc.
I love the new expansion. Of course we're still in the experiments phase but I'm happy about the fact that for once the epics seem quite strong.
Seductive Nerd
Shamans dk seems strong to you huh? You obviously didn't see how this matchup vs warlock goes
If you really think this maybe it's time for another game.

Yep, this expansion is the new TGT imo

Two days and the meta has been figured out? Sure.
