So i wonder. What if you make a standard deck using only basic cards (without commons, rare, etc.) and go to the ladder? How far can you go with it? And what will be a class you choose? Maybe some of you have tried smth similar, whats your experience?
As for me, i think that mage have the most high chances to do it. (reachable rank 17 maybe)
Trump made a series of "getting started in Hearthstone" videos where he recommended some decks for level 1 and level 10 basic cards for each class.
I believe these decks should be able to get at least to rank 15 in a reasonable time, and possibly farther. I've been playing them a bit on EU, where I have no card collection, and often take wins off familiar meta decks (albeit badly played.)
