I think Jade Shaman falls off and Jade Druid gets better. It's easy to tech against aggro and jade Shaman. I already have a fatigue priest deck that can outlast both easily. But Jade Druid has no counter other than aggro, and Un'goro is decidedly NOT an aggro expansion. Thus, I think the aggro decks get slowed down and Jade Druid remains viable and, in fact, thrives in this new, slower meta.
No clue about new decks but my hunch is that Galvadon Paladin, which I'm officially dubbing "Galvadin," and Beast Hunter become a massive problem.
T1- Hunter quest deck, disco zoolock, OTK quest mage(or technically 2TK :P ) Pirate warriors(will not be seen early on, but will probably come back)
T2- Murloc quest shaman, Elemental Shaman, Elemental mage, quest druid, Control warrior with quest, quest priest(possibly with elemental and/or dragon synergy thrown in)
T3-most other quest decks, Highlander quest priest, Raza beardo OTK shadow priest(basically our new version of djini priest that toast will play all the time) explore un'goro warrior

I can assure you that the ladder will be a chaos full of Pirate Warrior within the next 1-2 weeks as the Aggro deck players will take the advantage of unrefined decks to climb faster. Whether they remain popular tier-1 or not will be decided after 2-3 weeks.
First two weeks will be Shaman-Pirate-Jade Druid spam and a lot of unrefined cool decks
After that will probably be Beast Hunter, Quest Mage and Elemental Shaman. Taunt Control Warrior seems good too but depends on Jade Druid state at the meta.
mage- will be defensive enough to finish quest and stay alive.
shaman- honestly, the biggest thing about shaman will be devolve. The top tier shaman deck will run two devolves.
Paladin- No one else is putting this here, but I think they have more defensive tools than any other class, someone just has to find a good win condition for them. When that is found, they will be great again.
Druid- Jades will still be at the top.
mid tier-
Warrior- Not sure if it will end up being quest or control, but it's hard for warrior to be bottom tier when a meta slows down.
Rogue- Quest will be busted with violet teacher, only not putting it top tier because of consistency.
Hunter- Hunter decks will win games, but again, I see lack of consistency see, as has always been the problem with Hunter since they got rid of face Hunter.
bottom tier-
Priest- Its looking like this meta isn't going to care too much if you have 40 health or not. Also, I currently don't see a great win condition for them anymore.
Warlock- The problem with Discolock is it will be the most inconsistent deck in the game. Yes, this deck will absolutely obliterate any deck, including top tier decks sometimes, but other times they will be worthless. Good deck, just inconsistent makes it so you can't climb as well with it. I do think there will be a control warlock that is good, I just don't know what that looks like yet.
Pirate warrior is top tier at the moment it seems. Any time you see someone play a legendary quest card its basically auto win for the pirate warrior because you wasted a turn playing that quest card quests are so slow and never catch up. The person who plays the quest card has almost no chance of finishing their quest.
Quest Warrior beat Pirate Warrior...not so sure about the other ones but pally, hunter and rogue can do some pretty shit early on that can beat them too.

Tier1: I'm guessing Face Hunter and Elemental Shaman with Jades.

Golden legendary cards opened: Ragnaros the Firelord, Auctionmaster Beardo, Kalimos, Primal Lord
My guess for the next meta is that most of Hearthpwn is wrong about basically everything they predicted.

Reframing negative Hearthstone experiences to improve at the game
Who's the Beatdown?
Why is paladin always garbage? Every time I play its considered the worst class.

Aggro quest paladin

Handlock has arrived!!!!!!!!
OTK quest mage will fail, I think it is better in a tempo oriented deck than a stall one.
Shaman losing trogg+golem is a bigger deal than expected for aggro and midrange builds. Remember they used to suck.
Hemet will be insane in many decks, changing the way decks can be built.
After a slower first week, some crazy cancerous aggro will be found OP, probably Warrior and Rogue. Losing reno is a big buff to face.
A good quest warlock will emerge.
