Lately I see many murlocs in ladder

I run it with pint sized in my reno deck. No one expects it and it has synergy with pain and cabal shadow priest

Mass Dispel has a bit more utility, especially against Rogue. I would consider that before Pint-Sized and Cabal. You don;t need any more situational cards, especially in a Reno deck.

If you are specifically adding tech against finja, why not add Stampeding Kodo?

There's no guarantee that the kodo hits finja and using sw:h lets you deal with the problem before more mulocs are pulled from the deck, making kodo even more unreliable.

Also when's warleaders hit the board pint potion and sw:h can still wrangle a board clear

It's so sad that priest needs a two-card 5 mana situational board clear, while warrior just has Brawl.

 I could not disagree more.  Mass Dispel is one of the lowest tempo cards in the entire game. It's really only good against rogue.  Even against Finja, it leaves a 2/4 murloc on the board for 4 mana.  Priest has better silences and outside of punishing Rogue (which admittedly somehow became more popular after the pirate nerf), the card doesn't really do much for you as the card just isn't very efficient.  With the meta favoring tempo and mid-range, you need all the tempo you can get.
