a priest just played 2 C'thun simultaneously and 1 was a gold
how is it possible and how can you get the gold card?
You craft it? Got it through a golden card.

When you say simultaneously do you mean in the same game? Because 2 C'Thuns cost 20 mana.
If it was in the same game they may have stolen it from you withThoughtsteal, if you had it. Or he got it fromMulch, Shifter Zerus or similar. I assume he didn't return one that died with Doomcaller.
If you say LUL in Twitch chat you are a moron. If you do it outside of Twitch - even more so!
Shifter Zerus, Thoughtsteal effects, Doomcaller... countless things could give him a second one.

1. How did he have 20 mana or did you mean over 2 turns
2. Gold C'thun can be crafted using dust or obtained through a golden Thoughtsteal or Mind Vision as they give the golden version of the card stolen from your deck
3. Were you playing a C'thun deck yourself?
Fun fact: Brann Bronzebeard + golden Doomcaller shuffles 2 golden C'Thuns into your deck. (and they'll both be +4/+4 bigger)
