Instead of ruining cards and making them 100% unplayable, Blizzard can perform soft nerfs and buffs to balance the game. Everybody knows they are breaking Classic cards such below and creating overpowered cards in new adventures or expansions to make new cards necessary and make classic cards unplayable garbage. I think, it's just an easy way..
Compare with Fierce Monkey (warrior, common), Sen'jin Shieldmasta (neutral, free). Destroy a mana crystal have huge tempo loss except you have 10 Mana.
Spirit Claws and Cogmaster's Wrench -> Both should be 2 Mana with same effect. They have nearly same effect, but one is 1-Cost common and the other is 3-Cost epic. [NERF announced]
Purify -> 2 Mana. Silence a minion instead of friendly minion.
Power Word: Shield -> 1 Mana. Restore a minion to full health instead of +2 Health.
Purify and PW:S relation is just stupid. PW:S 1 Mana cycle + bonus health + can be used on enemy; but Purify 2 Mana; cannot be used on enemy and its neutral effect (nor positive neither negative). They both should be changed.
First option: 1/2 with Battlecry: Gain +2 Attack if you have a weapon. It gives permanent bonuses, but at least it won't be played at turn 1. (without Coin + Upgrade!)
Second option: no "Pirate" tag.
[NERF announced - it become useless.]
Firelands Portal -> 8 Mana, Deal 5 damage. Summon a random minion that costs equal to damage dealt.
Holy Wrath -> 4 Mana with same effect. (It's currently too weak and RNG-based)
Blessed Champion -> 4 Mana with same effect. (Its current manacost is too high)
Not every card in the entire game needs to be competitive and playable, and making changes affects other cards in ways I think you haven't considered, and restricts your future ability to create cards.

Hey man, nice topic, discussion on balances are always welcome, but I really don't agree with most of these changes.
Ancient of Lore >> 6 Mana 5/5 with same effect. << I think that's a good change. The 7 mana is way too clunky for a small effect, even tough there's versatility.
Starfall -> 4 Mana. Same effect. >> I have to disagree with this one. The versatility druid has is the price you pay for a card to cost more. There's a HUGE difference between dealing 5 damage and 2 damage AOE, just think of how many times you have single target removal and needs AOE, and the times you need AOE and only have a single target spell. This versatility HAS to cost more, and I think 5 is completelly reasonable for this effect.
Equality -> 3 Mana. Same effect. >> I disagree completely. This card by itself doesn't do anything, and it hurts BOTH sides. To be good it NEEDS another card to combo with, like consecration or Wild Pyromancer, so 2 is a fine price.
Blade Flurry -> 3 Mana. Same effect. >> Yep, they broke the card, even at 3 mana is still bad, because,as equality, it requires setup.
Most of the other I disagree, some cards are just not good, because they are part of the basic set, and all the silences are overpriced now, that's just Blizzard's pilhosophy. Some other cards I just don't think deserve a nerf, like Ravaging Ghoul and Nzoth's First Mate. hey are good, YES, but far from OP.
I don't get some of your changes like starfall, which you made literally op. The fact is that it costs five because having options is worth something, really the card should have a damage up on the single target effect, but at four mana it is better consecrate. This kind of basic misunderstanding is blizzard never listens

Just fill your deck with one drops, that is creative deck design, right?
Honestly many of these seem really legit, I'd argue against Equality being changed, but other than that most of them are reasonable, especially since it's true that many of these are just never played at all because they just suck.
OP target most of the aggro card and burn card to Nerf same with the salt threads that we see every day. OP just hide the true agenda (Nerf all aggro so greedy deck is playable). this kind of player always target aggro, otk, burn to nerf because its stop the greedy game plan. they dont care about other class. they agenda is buff all control card(easy win condition. ie drop every legendary starting from turn 7,Krul the Unshackled buff effect suggest by OP. auto win condition vs control and aggro if enemy dont have board clear) and remove & Nerf all aggro
the only different is OP add the unplayable card to buff. Some idea is quite good but most of them over Nerf & buff. Will become unplayable or too powerful
Krul the Unshackled (ie: mulligan all demon in hand, skip 5 turn by tap and use some board clear, turn 6 auto win if opponent using aggro deck or fail to answer big board) over buff
Millhouse Manastorm- too OP .2 mana 4-4 . over buffs will encourage the 20 legendary+10 spell deck with is very idiot deck to play with. Reno deck zero chance to win. aggro also stay zero chance when all the aggro get Nerf
Excellent suggestions. Some I don't agree with, but mostly on-point. For example, Krul needs to be expensive because if it brings out two Doomguards, two Pit Lords, Mal'Ganis and Jaraxxus, it's at least turn 9 and not turn 5. If you want a cheaper Krul, it should be a completely different effect, such as "Remove the Battlecries of all demons in your hand."
Sadly, it's not like Blizzard will read this. You should put this somewhere that gets a lot of community attention, like Reddit or the official forums.

So, here my nerf and buff list guys:
So, what are you guys thinkin ?
What about Small Time Buccaner? At the moment it's a Flame Imp that summons Patches. Maybe give it 1 less attack or take away it's pirate tag.
I would like to see Millhouse works!!
Nice topic bro!
These kind of threads were mostly filled with bullshit, but your suggestions are great, just like i thought about balancing cards. Good job!
But sadly blizzard don't care about balancing cards much, they just cycle the crown among classes (paladin, shaman, priest, next one rogue probably).

That is to say, I disagree with all of these.

I mean, the suggestions are fine, but I just don't see the point, bad cards don't hurt the game in any way.
Make the Card: The biggest thread on the site!
My mandibles which are capable of pressing down and tearing, my talons which are known to intercept and hold.
Full ack! Equality don't need to be nerfed.
Most of your "balances" are useless.

I agree with almost all of it, except from Equality and Starfall.
I would also like to see Novice Engineer go back to 1/2.
And maybe Starving Buzzard changed to 4 mana? (Too strong?).
Nice suggestions anyway.
Updated based on comments.

Why u hav to be mad? is only card gaem.

Reasonable.
Aggro & burn hater over Nerf request
spirit claw 1-3 2 mana with conditional 3-3 is really weak. Compared with jade claw.
fireland portal quite balance. 8 mana will over cost.
Maelstrom Portal over nerf. only good with spell totem.
Small-Time Buccaneer unplayable. drop turn 1 =no value. drop turn 3= trash card vs control
Kor'kron Elite=over nerf can easy board clear by volcanic potion and cannot trade with 1 drop in the meta
Random bulf and nerf to hide true agenda
prince aluna still unplayable
Ravaging Ghoul,Arcane Golem and Equality = bad suggestion
overBuff control card
Krul the Unshackled (ie: mulligan all demon in hand, skip 5 turn by tap and use some board clear, turn 6 auto win if opponent using aggro deck or fail to answer big board) over buff
Silvermoon Portal= secret paladin may become OP.
Millhouse Manastorm- too OP .2 mana 4-4 . over buffs will encourage the 20 legendary+10 spell deck with is very idiot deck to play with. Reno deck zero chance to win. aggro also stay zero chance when all the aggro get Nerf
