Karazhan has been fully released for a whole season and the meta seems to have settled a bit. Midrange shaman is annoyingly powerful and midrange hunters continue to take advantage of Call of the Wild as much as possible. Warrior seems to be the biggest contender with these two as other new and fun decks are sprinkled in between. Priest players patiently await the upcoming nerfs for any hope at viability.
What decks have you found are the most/least effective in this meta? What will be your go-to deck in the race for legend this season? What do you think these nerfs will change, and will it put a kink in your plans, much like Saboteur?

On a more serious note, I think midrange shaman will still be a force to be reckoned with. Spirit claws is a better option for early removal than rockbiter, and I think Tuskarr will still be a reliable 3 drop even with the high rolls out of the mix. That being said, the meta is very likely to slow down a little bit, and I think resurrect priest will be stronger than people expect.
I think ill be making the most of my current midrange shaman as well until the patch, then i may give resurrect or dragon priest a chance again to enjoy tyrande for a bit.
Reached rank 8 last season and still trying to get that legend rank before I fully burn out from playing hearthstone. Going to try a mix of Reno Mage, Dragon Mage, Tempo Mage and Control Warrior. Maybe play a bit of priest just for tyranade. Hopefully I reach a higher rank this time round.
After the end of last month - where I went on a big Druid run to start, then settled around 9-11 just playing fun decks... tonight I picked up the ol' Shaman... still my favorite class... rushed from 11-5 right before the end of the night and got an Epic... astral communion. Blizzard... how dare you. Taunting me... all the yoggs... that card gives me nightmares...
I'm jotting some ideas for how to go about the deck going forward though. While it's far from dead, much of the playstyle will feel different. Like I still remember GVG and (especially) BRM where we were the opposite of Paladins. If you can survive the snowball of Minibot/Muster, midgame is about even, late game goes to Shaman (largely because Tirion Frogring), consistency to Paladin, but the edge I found then was they had no burst. While they deal all their damage chipping away with minions with a mere 4 damage burst from an in-hand Truesilver, Al'Akir + Rockbiter was there to ruin the day.
Maybe it's time for a homebrew built simply off the early snowball Shamans have now, similar to those Pally decks. Just a shame that as much as people hate Totem Golem, it's not as much of a powerhouse Minibot was. Get out first and it's a smooth ride to Legend.
S30 Lost to Shaman at Turn 5 ( Final Boss to Legend) they are ways too strong , but that makes dumb ppl go further and you can outplay dumb ppl very easy , im going to pick warrior - some Nzoth , some Cthun , some classic Control and hope for no pro who decided to play shaman KAPPA legend inc
I'll try to rank up again with the Totem Shaman I've been playing, and sometimes switching to Chimera's Dragon Curator Pally. I also think I may try experimenting with a spell damage shaman idea I had before I get to the tougher ranks
Guess I´ll continue with control warrior. Have been playing Zalaes anti shaman list today, and it's actually really strong. My score is 17-5 and just hit rank 12. Still need 170 wins for the golden warrior, so might play a lot of warrior this month. So enjoyable when you just outplay the aggro decks, and they end up concede xD
mind sharing your control warrior decklist? been meaning to play some warr myself this season
Tried this deck out in casual for a few games and then i put my rank on the line at rank 11. Won 3 games in a row convincingly against 2 rogues and a priest, straight to rank 10. Totem shaman is the new zoo? It's pretty damn fun to play.
Does anyone else get this weird satisfaction when you hear the Wicked Witchdoctor's trigger sound? My pretties! I am going to sit down. Except i am. Totems.
Used Dragon Warrior till rank 10 but got into a hump back and forth between 10 and 9. Switched to midrange shaman and Went 7-1 to rank 7. Its incredibly overpowered!
Currently having some fun with Barnes/Rattle Rogue. Currently on a win streak at rank 12. Went from 15 to 12 today while shitting on the toilet on work. It's a pretty good list actually :D

Good luck, everyone!
I'm going full Tyrande this month I guess ! :D
Honestly, I'm not going to bother with laddering for the first half of the month. I'll wait until all the Shamans are rank 5/legend.
I was one win away from legend and then was stuck at rank 1 with control warrior . This month im getting there !
i made rank 2 last month but is full of shamans and that made me broke my mouse :C
sorry for my bad english im from venezuela.

My name is kokoseq.
Hear it and tremble.
Been having a lot of fun with Resurrect Priest, so I'll try that this time (also had a stonking winrate with it so far down to 16).
After the nerfs I might try Dragon Priest, or go balls-to-the-wall and dust Wilds/Yogg and craft the last elements for Thief Rogue I need.
I'll try to rank up again with the Totem Shaman I've been playing, and sometimes switching to Chimera's Dragon Curator Pally. I also think I may try experimenting with a spell damage shaman idea I had before I get to the tougher ranks
Im going to wait for Tempostorm snapshots, sad thing is, I only have totem shaman to play.
