See if this deck shows any promise and what you might change to help it be better.
The idea is use cheap taunt minions with Bolster against aggro and big dragons to deal some damage. I also threw in Elise Starseeker for another win condition if needed. I haven't tried this yet seeing as I am at work but just wanted some input on if this is even viable or what could make it more viable. I only used cards that I have also but feel free to list anything else that would help.
I really like the second list too and I'm gonna take it for a spin. One thing I still don't like though is the lack of removal and Execute enablers in general. I'd try to make room for at least 2 Slams. Frothing is the first thing I'm looking to replace. Not sure how good he is without Whirlwinds. I guess he can still become huge hiding behind a bunch of taunts.

Here is the deck:
I personally would replace Hungry Dragon with Alexstrasza's Champion because Hungry Dragon most of the time requires a board or cheap ping like Cruel Taskmaster or Whirlwind. basically if you are behind already and Hungry Dragon drops a Pit Snake the game is over. Alexstrasza's Champion however gives you potential early tempo swings with otherwise clunky dragons in hand
i also find Blackwing Corruptor quite useful in dragon decks as it provides immediate board impact.
also: is the 2 card draw from the Azure Drakes enough to justify Elise Starseeker?
maybe Nefarian, Chromaggus or Ysera might be good with/instead of Alexstrasza as you don't have that much card draw
and are Cyclopian Horror and Dread Corsair really better than Sen'jin Shieldmasta?
i really like the basic deck idea though :) good luck!
You don't have enough card draw to support elise, It won't be a second win condition.
The black knight has nice synergy with sparring partner.
It's a mistake to play dragon decks without the best dragon minion. Blackwing corruptor. Even more so in decks which play weapons.
If you fall behind on board, and you will, you will end up feeding minions into the opponent so you need spot removal like execute.
Alextrasza's champion is one of the best 2 drops, really weird not to include it...
Dread corsair and infested tauren will serve no purpose in this deck.
Warrior has one of the best means to get tempo out of hungry dragon, with war axe equipped.
For some reason I can't edit my original post so I will put the revised deck here.
Sadly I don't have The Black Knight
Would Faceless Shambler Fit in here?
Here's a C'thun version instead of Dragons. Still seems lacking in card draw.
the 2nd dragon deck looks a lot better to me already
I don' t really see Faceless Shambler working though.
