Welcome to this thread! I hope you find it helpful. I've hidden the decklists and other stuff in spoilers so that the posts wouldn't take too much space.
Feel free to share your tips in comments, I may add them into the guide and claim them as my own.
Other ideas how to make this thread better? I'm listening (but lazy so won't do anything massively demanding).
Try to keep his Armor low so that he can't easily kill your minions with Hero Power of Reckless Flurry. Even if you play control-ish deck, you should go face instead of trading if Baran has any Armor.
Save hard removal for Rotface and Yip, otherwise they can snowball out of control.
At X Health (X= something between 15 and 25, haven't yet figured out exactly) he will gain 15 Armor and transform into Beastly Pete. His Hero Power and deck will also change as following
Note: You can skip the second phase by beating Crooked Pete down in one turn (the transformation happens at the beginning of Pete's turn, never in the middle of yours)
Never play more than 3 minions on board at once especially if you don't have healing in your deck, he has multiple minions that summon you more minions which he can abuse with his Hero Power.
You'll need to go fast with this one. Hav'nixx isn't shy on using his Hero Power and your Health starts to drop quite fast. He also has Mind Blasts to finish you off once you get in that range.
Get on the board as fast as possible. You'll need a way to deal with Daring Reporter and Curio Collectors immediately when they get played or they get out of hands really quickly.
Be aware of the possibility of Soul Assimilation. It's hard to play around it too much since you also should get on the board and trade away her stuff to avoid getting run over by them.
Mulligan for cheap stuff and go wide. The boss lacks AoE and you need to beat him fast before he can start playing his Giant army.
Cragtorr has had some issues with Taunts in my matches. He has occasionally used Poison Seeds even though he could've just easily pushed through. So if things seem dire, try playing a Taunt minion and hope the AI has another moment of magic. You probably have nothing to lose anyway at that point.
Beating this boss will let you choose Amalgamate as your treasure.
Don't overcommit before all Amalgamates have been played
Always keep hard removal in hand for potential Deathwing after Turn 9.
Usually you should try to kill its minions. You should prioritize killing Murlocs due to Everyfin is Awesome unless other trades are way better.

Notes and tips:
One of the hardest bosses alongside Gnomenapper.
Mulligan heavily for cheap minions. You'll need to fight for board control right from the start to stop his Hero Power from snowballing the game out of control.
Mulligan for cheap cards and go wide. You'll need to beat the boss as fast as you can before fatigue and waves of spiders get you. Only trade if you think you have to.
It's hard to say the exact amount of each minion as the Hero Power keeps bringing them back.
One of the hardest, if not THE hardest boss out there. Sack of Gnomes basically ends your game on turn 4 way too often. If you have AoEs in your deck, you may want to mulligan for them.
Gnomenapper often plays Millhouse Manastorm early in the game; if you have some big spells in your deck, you may consider taking the gamble and keeping them in mulligan.
Go wide! You'll need minions to kill Stuffed Sacks (and to fight against the endless armies of gnomes).
Beating this boss will allow you to choose Sack of Gnomes as a treasure.
Groddo lacks AoE (outside of his Bloated Zombies and Abominations) so there's no direct punish for going wide.
Make smart trades to avoid creating too many Bloated Zombies.
Groddo loves Anub'arak and will play him over and over again when you kill it. If you have some way to steal/transform/silence it, do it (note that silencing it won't remove it from resurrect pool).
The games are often decided on how well you can handle his four Shallow Graves. If possible, avoid playing large value minions until he plays the card, that way his minion pool contain only weaker minions.
You can try to mill him by allowing his Cult Master(s) to live while killing all other minions. You should do this at least whenever his Shallow Graves resurrects Cult Master(s).
Beating this boss will let you choose Scythe as a treasure for your deck.
Try to avoid playing low Health minions that can easily be killed with his weapon, otherwise its Attack might snowball out of control.
The boss has no AoE, GO WIDE. He also has no burst from hand so as long as you can keep the board under control and his weapon as small as possible, you'll win.
When playing Tess you'll win right from the start by using her Hero Power before playing any other spells. Your Small Rock will get echo which allows you to play infinite amount of them. The same idea applies to Toki with Arcane Missiles and Khadgar's Scrying Orb.
If possible, try to keep his Fel Reavers on board multiple turns (without dying yourself), milling him will help you a lot. If you can save cheap cards for those turns, do it.
You will start the fight as Houndmaster Shaw and you will be given the choice between Crystal Gem, Lunar Signet and First Aid Kit as your first treasure. Your initial deck is as follows:
Additionally, you will get Toki, Time-Tinker, Darius Crowley and Tess Greymane to your starting hand. Playing each Hero Card will let you choose between three new passive treasures and add 12 cards to your deck.
Thanks for the info! I actually played one run after the latest nerfs for quest and was annoyed because the older version of the deck also had Mana Wyrm and I felt Toki was the weakest one already. I wonder if that's the reason for deck update or if they changed something else too.
Oh yeah they added Cinderstorm too; i don't mind rng but it's a bit much with Toki. They did change the mage dungeon run deck adding Arcane Anomaly instead of Mana Wyrm too.

Thank you! Feel free to hit me up when you're in the Rift so I can give you my buff for free.
I started a run and noticed they did change Toki's deck slightly. They replaced Arcane Missiles and Shimmering Tempest for Babbling Book and Flamewaker
Thanks for the info and guide
