Everything was perfect until the final class boss with his weapon. Everything went wrong - starting hand without jade shurikens and early drops, boss got his weapon buffs too early, i have to hero power his poison when i didn't even had a weapon, 8/8 burned only six cards, of course not his weapon.
My first thought was that you cannot have too many Ayas, but then I saw the screenshot... When 23% of your deck is Aya, then it's probably too much.
I didn't even know the pirate boss plays Fel Reaver until I read it here on the forum; I never survived long enough for him to play it. The first time I fought him, he played Troggzor the Earthinator and I couldn't do anything. The next time, I pick more minions and less spells, but when I killed one Troggzor, he plays another (created by Dead Man's Hand). It seems the bosses have cards in their deck specifically to counter the hero power and card packages of your hero. For example, I got Gahz'rilla against me when playing as the Cannoneer.
When I played against that boss, he seemed to glitch: I had a Sonya and an aya out. He attacked the aya, returning me a 1/1 copy. I play it, and the next turn he attacked the aya (only a 1/1) again. He did that for 5 rounds straight, until he somehow got his hands on a mass removal (well, the Blade Flurry shouldn't have come as a surprise). Still, it boosted my jade up to ~20/20, which killed him fast enough.
I also played jades (mostly stacked them with hero powered jade shurikens), but only reason I won is because I had double double HP so I had 180 hp and before he killed me with his 20 attack weapon I already started summoning 15/15 jades and for some reason he decided to attack those instead of my 50 hp face.
