Idk, i can't do anything with such random character. Over 90 bosses, still no success. I have completed every adventure on heroic, destroyed Lich king with every class, fully completed K&C dungeon, but can't beat this crap!
Either a combination of Double Time and Robe of the Magi or two Double Time with strong "Wild Magic" packs turned out to be the way to win this. The more minion i had in my deck the slower i was so i ended up dying over and over until i found out. Avoid minions unless you make a strong focus on them.
I went 8-0 with the first chick with no clue what bundles there are, then 4-1 and 8-0 with the next guy, then 8-0 with the next, but I have now won 37 times with her and been unable to win no matter what combo of crap you get
Her hero power is worthless, her base deck is worthless, you need all 4 treasures to work together, you need RNG on the final boss, it's completely unfun
The fact that 1) they put her as the final hero and 2) I have to progress through this trash to get the card back I want is a slap in the face from Blizz who purposely designed this to be as little fun as possible
20-40 minutes per run to get to the final fight which then is RNG-based, and then giving ZERO INCENTIVE to ever play dungeon again - it's a total joke
Beat her on first try with mage quest and double time. Took 2 tries with darius and 3 tries with houndmaster shaw. The first boss is the only one i havent beaten but i can see how it will be fairly easy. Who do you face hagatha with?
You start with Shaw and are given Hero cards for Toki, Darius, Tess (costing, I think, 3,6,8 with a battlecry of dealing that muich damage to all minions).
Each time you cast a Hero, you get a new passive power, as well as new cards (and the their Hero Power).

Toki is easy, you just gotta keep clearing her board and you are fine. Good portion of her deck is based around secrets which are easy to play around with Toki, because if shit is not going in your favour you just rewind. On top of that AI is really dumb. It will hit your face once and than trade with your minions, which means it misses x2 dmg.
I just beat her. I'd recommend a control style deck. Getting the treasure that doubles your health was really crucial for me as I would've died without it. In addition to that I would also recommended getting the treasure that heals all friendly minions for 2 health at the end of your turn. Having the Mage Quest was also very beneficial during the fight. I also had the Gilnean Vigilante which synergizes really well with the Mage Quest.
I understand it's doable, and there's a lot of RNG involved as usual with these types of things, but I'm hatin' on Toki like no other right now. Hero power, cards, voice acting, all the way down to the animation. I'm over 120 monsters killed with Toki, and I've only made it to Toki monster three times. Have managed to lose to the first monster on three separate occasions with her. Losin' my mind!
People saying this is easy either got really lucky, or I've been really unlucky. I've attempted it 5 times and best I've done is made it to the guy before toki. Super RNG based, and the time warp doesn't help at all when you get shitty results both times, which seems to be the norm for me. The damn face collector guy is a nightmare. I've only beat him once using any hero.
No, Infinite Toki definitely has a broken deck. It’s just a matter of getting lucky enough to get through her Ice Blocks, giant minion, and fill her hand with a spell from every class. I am sure that some people managed easily because she had garbage but against me, she was getting disgusting rng and the game where I finally beat her, I had to Sylvanas her giant minion, and kill her four turns in a row. She kept picking up the rogue immune secret too. I used Auctionmaster Beardo and played some of my turns dozens of times until I got exactly what I wanted from Marin.
I think the only real strategy against her is to try to get lots of burn, double spells, and hope she gets crap from rng.
All said, I did not find it to be enjoyable to play against her because it felt too ridiculous when she pulled ridiculous cards out on me.
So finally did it on my 6th try. Weird thing was, it wasn’t even difficult this time and I had some pretty tough monsters (Gnomeknapper, Face Collector, Reaper Robot-thing). Basically I just ignored all the spell-synergy stuff and took the treasure that makes big minions cost (5) and then drafted as many legendary cards as I could. It was incredibly easy. Infinite Toki was a joke. Makes me wonder how it was so incredibly difficult all the other times.
RNG. You can have the best deck and get obliterated by the 4th boss if they draw the nuts and you just don't get the removal.
I thought I had Infinite Toki beaten easily the first time I got to her. I used Impetuous Companion and stole her Alternate Timeline. I continued playing safely, making sure I didn't die, feeling pretty comfortable that I could use the card whenever I needed to. I had her down to 14 health and used Alternate Timeline. Game restarted, me with 14 health and her with full health. I guess if I had analyzed carefully the temporal dynamics of playing your future self I would have realized you can't trust the card text.
I picked Elementals every time I got the chance and needed two attempts with Toki, having +2 Health on your minions and the First Aid Kit passive that heals all your characters by 2 each turn is an insane combination. In general First Aid Kit is an extremely valuable passive that also carried me through my Tess run, pick it whenever available as it will help you survive and outlast tons of win conditions from your opponent.
This. Ignore the random stuff, forget the hero power (unless you want to reroll a glyph or something) and go full board control. Worked well for me too

I won pretty easily with 2x double cast and 5 cinderstorms. Everyone of these dealt 15 damage randomly.
The last boss died turn 7... :D
From 1:52:00 to 2:47:00 !

And yes, thumbnail fail, don't mind.
She's literally trash

Finally, i killed her, it was really hassle.
i just got 60 lvl at mage class while i try to fucking win this shit. 60 boss win count... fuck this.

I won playing Frozen Clone on turn 1-2, copying her Clockwork Assistant and then just board control. Got extremely lucky.
I found Toki to be the easiest personally.
Use that hero power to manipulate your RNG. Whenever you make a subpar dice roll, rewind it!

DOuble the spells and Quest, have extra Turns and win!
Infitine Toki wasn’t even hard, didn’t even knew she could restart the game
