I haven't found any notice of this in 23.4 patch notes but:
Speed ties between your mercs and enemies in bounties are now always resolved in your favor which makes it a much more enjoyable experience. You don't have to guess or pray anymore.
Not only that, but ties between friendly mercs are resolved left to right, NOT in the order you gave the commands.
This makes a big difference if you're using combos.
thats not true, I just tried and it is still the order that you give. now you can even see their order correctly.
I just noticed that. It must be a bug with the specific mercs I was using to test. Sadly, I don't remember exactly who that was. I want to say Kazakus or N'Zoth using a summon for one, but not sure at all about the other.

It's still going Left to right even if the numbers displayed say otherwise.
I've just about given up at this point.. this is three+ straight patches with MAJOR bugs, completely broken launches and/or balance shattering adjustments (it boggles me they've done nothing about the awful Trigore buff).
It was a mistake to release this many mercs at once, in my opinion as well. It's less enjoyable for me to level the mercs (as opposed to the small batches of releases past). They can't even properly QA the small batches let alone huge releases like this.
Have any of you tried out Baine? Half of his abilities just flat out DON'T WORK.

This is beyond frustrating.
Well, it's not, at least for me, I buff Samuro with my Cariel, Cariel on right, Samuro on left. I just click her action first and then choose action for samuro, both actions have speed of 4 and Cariel acts first.

agree with this one. Brann's 2nd ability states that "Your characters deal Critical Damage to enemies whom have already acted"
but it just do not work no matter what I tried, and I actually lost 2 battles because of this...
Running Anacondra/Guff/Other (pirates in this case). Guff on left, anacondra in middle, every turn Anacondra picked first, but guff going first. I'm sure I've seen it resolve properly too, oddly enough.
Got it! Even with Anacondra on left, she STILL goes after Guff. I think it's working based on who hits the field first - in my cases, Guff is part of my first team, whilst Anacondra isn't. Working that way, which is not as intended, as it doesn't agree with the numbers.

I experienced it with Tyrael-Cho-Azshara (in that order)..
Did Cho's ability first, (speed 5), the Tyrael's (speed 5), then Azshara (10).
The order even displayed 2-1-3 (not counting enemies), but it still went left to right.

Looks like this has been fixed for me with the latest patch - anyone still experiencing it?
