I've been trying to farm coins for Mukla, but I have an incredibly hard time against this Heroic Corrupted Ancient. Do you have any strategies that work 100% of the time (I know that there is a Scabbs treasure that can just kill it but I don't want to rely on getting it)?
I've been using Antonidas/Baron/Rag and as much Fire Damage as possible to try and kill it asap. After that, bring in some Mercs that can clean up the remaining Treants since you don't have to worry about the Ancient dealing massive damage per Treant killed or it healing itself. The passive you can get that deals AoE damage when you kill an enemy with a Fire ability is also nutty and triggers repeatedly from all the Treants.
Also, if you do get Monstrous Heart on someone like Rag, it can trivialise the fight alongside Uther. Just equip Sulfuras for the massive health boost and use Uther to give Rag Taunt and heal him. Diablo can do something similar with Soulstone and Heart and he'll get a ton of health with all the dead Treants.
Overall, you either want to deal massive burst damage to the Ancient (to spawn as few Treants as possible) or to fill up the board with smaller Ancients so it can't summon any bigger Treants and is stuck with the relatively smaller Treants. Hope this helps!
First thing to be wary of is that hunting party is bugged - so any strats using it are not going to work. Never seen it proc on Rend's dragons or on Rag, so presuming it was broken with the patch that added pirates. Probably a dangerous route to take anyway, with the X damage per dead treant, though I did have it on a few of my runs of Ancient where it worked.
Looks like I had a quasi nature team without Malf for some reason, so not as effective as it should have been. Guff/Bru, bolt adds to gain spellpower to nuke boss with? With Malf's passive healing it should be reaosnable to survive. Did 12 runs of it on HC, so not a huge chunk - maybe Malf was in and just didn't get his coins dropping. I do remember using Malf, I'm pretty sure, but was early in my WS runs. The adds will smack you and suicide to get the boss' huge damage, so clear them slowly and build up your nature dam.

Brukhan + whatever other nature damage dealers will kill this boss no problem. Sometimes you need to not damage it with anything but Brukhan's ramping skill for few turns.
i run malfurion brukan + guff as main dmg but you can also put in anacondra as a party member - she has a treasure to straight up kill the summoned minions

Have you seen Hunting party work lately? It's not actually been working for me lately (and yes, the merc with the treasure is on the field) for Domo and Rend, across multiple mercs. I agree that Malf/Bru/Guff should work fine, though - ploughs through all but three or so HC bosses.
Nature is good, but I think time spending doing heroic for this boss, is rather be spend faster and easily on normal mode. I personally occasionally farmed Mukla coins while were farming Myst. Stranger

That really depends on which coins you're after. If you're after Mukla coins, the rough data from normal - what little I have, since it was primarily enough to see the different rates for leg coins - aligns with a similarish 30% per bundle on H and N, so your only advantage is bigger bundles on HC. Probably quicker on N in terms of coins/hour.
Now, if you're looking for Gul'dan coins, you're looking at a notably worse percentage chance per bundle - approximately half of the HC rate when on Normal, on top of different bundle size. Notably better to do HC for those.
The beast comp (if you already have them and you are grinding to upgrade and not to craft Mukla) + Anacondra is more or less guaranteed to at some point offer you the treasure where you auto-kill anything summoned during a battle. Makes the final boss a walk in the park

Have you seen hunting party treasure work lately? I ask because I've seen it fail multiple times on different bosses - just doesn't proc when stuff is summoned. I presume it was either bugged with the pirate addition or the "fix" to Diablo (which is kind of fixed, but bug can still happen - it's the treasure that deals 9 damage that bugs. As it now only bugs when you kill Rend with fire, and doesn't actually impact the adds, simply wasting a lot of time, it's kinda fixed so it doesn't cheese the boss).
I often do it with a demon build that goes heavy on Tabard of the Burning Legion or Blood Pact treasures. Usually ignore treants and go face, since Ancient attacks are slow but faster than treants. Mannoroth and Tamsin can take down Ancient's healing, and put Rathorian on first line with the attack buff trinket to buff my heavy hitters even more. Also, as JAraxxus has been buffed, he can give Corrupted Ancient a harder time, since now can actually spam infernals more often, wich, as long as you have one single TAbard on board (let alone 2 or 3) can get really nasty.
Even better, you also have an alternative winning condition in the form of a treasure that destroys a random enemy, in case you make it out of an elite encounter.
EDIT: Of course, you can also make it with old realiable Mukla-Krush wombo combo.
I did it with a cheesy murloc tactic. Get Cookie to fill his board with fish and just focus of healing/ getting stats until it's done. Murk-Eye + Mutanus get pretty big and I had Flurgl, Vanessa and Smite on the bench. Only thing to worry about is the attack twice skill, because that does create treants. Clear them and continue filling his board. When full, start dealing damage to him (avoid AoE or stuff that can kill the fish). Ngl, it was a hard battle and took some luck with Vanessa to reduce his attack but if you keep Cookie alive long enough, it can be done. Hope it helps :)
bear in mind that even if you block treants from spawning (like with Cookie's fish), that counter is still going up every time the ancient takes damage, so plan accordingly so you're not caught up guard if that 50/50 treant spawns

i agree on nature comp

Ignore tokens and burst boss with Nature compo

Nature comp
Velen+Anduin
Natalie+Tamsin
Basically anything that heals + anything that builds up damage.
