Seriously impossible odds yet Blizzard's dumb ass algorithm code makes this happen. 3 runs in a row with Lock I had a decent shot at beating the end boss. Some were hairy at 5 and 6, but I had a good shot if the right RNG comes for the end boss and every FLIPPIN' time I get Candlebeard with instant charges as the cockblock and waste my time.
They need to make a change. After so many dungeon runs you have completed, just skip the first 4 bosses and offer treasure choices and card selections so we can stop wasting time on menial bullshit games just to be disappointed at boss 7. Like does anyone ever fail the first boss? Ever? Waste of time. How about the 2nd?
Lost once against the thief. Lost a couple of games against the 2nd Boss. Lost about a fourtht against the 4. Boss. Most losses are Boss 6 or 7, especially if I meet Mothergloop, Candlebeard or the Evolve Guy.
I know the feeling. I faced Sariona in pretty much every run up until my 8th or 9th run and fought Xol The Unscathed 4 times in a row for my final boss, and there are several bosses that early on in the run aren't too bad but by 6 or 7 they become so incredibly annoying and unstoppable without a special deck.
Yeah, Candlebeard is hard, so just concede if you don't have time to fight against him.
To be honest out of like 20 games, I beat him twice. Many awesome and perfect decks were lost this way. One win was because of Aleatoric Cube that gave him like three C'Thuns. My deck was bad, so it didn't matter; lost to the next boss. Second win was because of missplay from my opponent, who had lethal. All he had to do is go face and kill me. Instead he attacked my elemental with lifesteal (not even killing it), so I could stabilize with my Frost Lich Jaina.
I think that Blizzard's crew had changed a lot and they didn't remember why Charge was nerfed so much.
Just today I managed to lose again wee welp or was that giant rat as priest. I didn't get any early minions and when i got i deceided to go face since i couldn't trade them all anyway and to my surprise, loss at the first booss :D
I’ve lost to the first boss bandit guy, couldn’t remove the 5/4 pirates
I believe your chances of facing a certain boss depends on your choices. I was having a hard time beating the dungeon with warrior and started to restart my runs to get big warrior (minions over 5 cost 5). I faced that boss with the hero power copies minions a lot of times in a row and lost a ton.
If you have no taunts you get Cancerbeard. If you have too many spells you get Throgs or whatever is against spells. Im trying to defeat the DRs in 2018 on my GFs account, because she gave up, they are just too tough now. Rogue and lock are left, and the only way Ive won the other classes was pure luck, no skill RNG is the name of this game. Its sad how Blizzard let this game become the trash it is when it could have been something great... oh well... as long as noobs spend $$$ I guess they will keep pumping out the cheat algorithm for these bosses. Ever notice how the bosses from the old adventures are scripted to not be insanely OP? Well, the DR bosses seem to know exactly which cards you are holding and also just have the perfect answer in hand when they need it, as if its rigged against the player. This is not better AI, its just poor lazy programing.

HAHAHAHAH! I need to stream this bullshit. Candlebeard as 7th boss for the fourth dungeon run in a row.

Three (now four) times in a row should happen every day some where around the world.

The salt threads for these are pretty great, that alone makes me even more content with this game mode
