1)King TogWaggle- By Far the Hardest. Can do crazy things starting basically right away. You might get lucky and he fills his board with the 3/15 taunt but just as easily can summon tons of monsters with a turn 3 boots or do other insane things right away that no other Boss can come close to matching. Only have beaten him 1 time when ironically he did almost nothing all game
2)Vustrasz the Ancient- Second Hardest. Obviously better to not kill the chests as long as possible but sometimes that is hard to do. You can be really screwed if 1 chest keeps receiving buffs and you do not have a good answer. Only defeated 2x I think
3)Xol the Unscathed- Average Difficulty Among Bosses. Difficulty is pretty RNG dependent. Sometimes you can make him discard the quest. Hard counters some deck types quite hard. Can lose to a surprise Deathwing if you are not aware he has in the deck. Have a pretty decent Win/Loss against
4)The Darkness- Very Easy. Would be very challenging if we were not given 3 Free Board clears. However, since we are the match is very easy. The only real key is to make sure you are patient enough to get great value when using the free board clears. I usually wait until it will kill at least 3. The vast majority of the time The Darkness should end up going to Fatigue so just play patiently. Only lost 1x vs the Darkness, forget what caused it.
5)Azari the Devourer- Incredibly Easy. Not even sure how one would lose against this boss. Even games when he discarded all my treasures I still easily handled him. He basically does almost nothing threatening except discard some cards each turn but by the time you run out of cards you will almost assuredly have kill him already. Never lost to this boss
So far I only played Vustrasz the Ancientst and Azari the Devourer yet. I felt like Vustrasz was far easier as I never had to kill a single chest and just killed her at like turn 8 or 9 both times. Against Azari I lost with warrior and rogue once each.
If you seriously think Azari is easy, you need a brain surgery
Never lost to Azari or even come close. He barely even threatens on the board and 2 cards/turn milled is not very threatening when your deck is that size by the end.
Although you might be right and that he is super difficult but I am just a Hearthstone super genius which makes him seem easy to me.
Only encountered Azari once, but it was quite difficult and I almost lost. TogWaggle is by far the hardest agreed. Only encountered the dragon once aswell, but it was fairly easy It seemed. Xol is somewhat easy unless RNG screws you and he only gets the mindcontrol. The Darkness very easy with the right deck.
I don't think you can give a general difficulty rating. The difficulty mainly comes from your deck and the rng. King Togwoggle was the easiest for me, but he also completely destroyed me already. Just depends what Cards the deck has and what strategy the synergies are working on.
Ironically I have only beaten king togwoggle... he did crazy things but other bosses have wrecked me faster. The azari guy has completely destroyed me... it's just luck I guess but he would mill the good cards and I'd be left with random junk. He also can go a bit crazy with the board as well... if you cannot tempo out to start with him you will lose.
I only went up against the Darkness so far. I would have lost, but I killed a Marin the Fox chest, and I got the item that draws a card and fills my hand with it... then I got Wish. So I basically had unlimited health and unlimited random legendary minions at that point haha. I don't know if I could have beaten him without that.

I won vs all bosses but I lost once vs towaggle and xol the unscathed. He just kept snowballing me on curve after playing the malchezaar's imp on turn 1. To be honest, I found towaggle the quite easy in comparison to xol. However, xol was the only boss tgat I played once against. Most annoying game I've ever played was against the mini boss whose hero power summons a minion that Is poisonous to heroes. Like wtf? I lost on turn 2 cuz I didn't have any turn 1 or 2 plays.
my personal ranking would be (excluding togwaggle since I've had the luck to not have faced him):
1 - The darkness - even with the free board clears, unless you have recovery, taunts, or just a very strong board, this is very difficult. Since these bosses have very high health, aggroing them down is ineffective, and the darkness's constant stream of 5/5s capitalizes on this fully. Unless your deck is capable of churning out a lot of board presence every turn, you're just going to die.
2 - Xol - not that hard but you have to be extremely careful when she has beam of confusion in hand - I once lost a game to her when she stole my wax rager and proceeded to tear me to shreds. Other than that worry she's not enormously threatening. once she gets the quest she has a constant board but it's not really that big. It's safe to say that if she didn't announce her beams as she got them, she would be much more difficult. As is, not so much.
3 - Azari - Seemed extremely threatening at first, but since he does so much damage to himself, aggroing him down isn't too hard. High value in your deck is important for this one, but either way with enough brute force he'll kinda just die
4 - vustrasz - absolutely trivial, I have never lost to vustrasz. His board space is severely limited by the master chests, so you can rapidly take a huge board advantage, and there's very little he can do to you. Board clears are bad, big minions are good. Even if he buffs the chests, just ignore them - even with the buffs he can't beat your board advantage, just keep hitting him until he dies.
I've played Togwaggle 6 times, 4-2. He really is just a luck battle. If he gets the good treasures he wins. If he gets the pickaxe every time, you win, simple yet annoying.
I'm 2-0 for Azari so I'm not sure how hard he is, as the first game I had 6 Deathwing Dragonlords in my deck and archmage benedictus. The second time he was a little bit difficult but I still beat him easily with mage.
Xol I played once and lost because I had a bad deck, I'm really not sure how hard she is
Vustrasz I played once and won, not bad at all, especially because he gives you op cards everytime and can't aoe you down if you have large minions
The darkness I've played 4 times and never lost, easiest in the game
1) King Togwaggle. He just keeps spamming things, you build a board - Wand of Diintegration. You clear his board? Boots of Haste. You thiink he has no cards anymore? Bag of Stuffing. You can only hope that the plays Boombots, and you have no minions/stealth. Otherwise, you get recked.
2) Xol the Unscathed. I mean, half the times it gets Beam of Confusions. Always has 1-2 on his hand, so if I play a minion.... Well, I nearly killed him but played a minion that he took. I don't know whetever to rate it higher than the King...
3) The Darkness. A close competetion for the last places, but the Darkness killed me one more time than Vustrasz, so I will rank him 3. I never get to kill him before he mills himself, though, so that might be problematic for tempo decks (I mainly play control).
4) Vustrasz. If you have perma stealth, you have already won this game. The chests get buffed, but are at most 6/x, so ignoring them isn't that hard. It doesn't really like to trade its minions, either, so playing ssome scapegoats to keep him occupied helps a lot
5) Azari. Well, he can be worse than the darkness if you have bad luck. Pumping out a lot of value in the earlier turns, if you can't deal with it, you may loose fast. That said, once the board gets cleared, he poses not that much of a threat. The worst that he could play are his Voidlords and Mal'Ganis (he has two Mal'Ganis. I lost one game because he played them both with a Voidlord to block me. He really lucked out with his Voidwaker...)
I completed the dungeon run with all 9 classes, here's my ranking:
1)King Togwaggle- super hard boss.Almost no control deck can outvalue his hero power, maybe only if you get really lucky . Tempo decks are a gamble, if he doesn't get the right treasures is not that hard but if he gets them you are screwed.
2)Azari-this boss is the best all rounder of them all, almost all kind of decks are viable against him but he can put up a fight against them all. The thing about him is not really his hero power(tho that is something to account for too), but his really strong tempo, this boss makes the most out of his 2 mana advantage. You can win against him pretty easy if you just beat his tempo, but he has a DOOM! that can completely destroy you, and if that gets you, you will have no cards to fight with him anymore.
3)Vustrasz-kinda similar to azari as it's a bit better against control but his tempo is inferior to azari so aggro/tempo decks may wreck him (tho Spirit Lash can screw you over), this is why he is a bit easier than azari.
4)The Darkness-this boss is super easy to manage, some basic bosses are more threatening than him, as long as you have minions to play you will win, he also gets to fatigue pretty fast.
5)Xol- this is a joke of a last boss, i can name a bunch of basic bosses that are much harder than her. Her deck is bad, her hero power is not that good, and the quest is almost always useless, she also has almost no way to defend herself and all kinds of decks can beat her. I played the most against her and never lost, not even close.
Wow this post is condescending. “Not sure how someone would even lose against him”... The whole thing is an RNG fest. You can be the best deckbuilder, get all the right choices along the way and still get matched against a boss that counters you or have a play that screws you over. I built the perfect arcane giant mage deck, steamrolled every boss and then drew like shit against Togwaggle and lost. I also had the biggest mishmash of a shaman deck with next to no synergy and easily beat the final boss. The whole mode is an RNG shitshow where you can get absurdly lucky and unlucky regardless of deck synergies or skill. Acting high and mighty about beating a boss is ridiculous because with just a bit of RNG it can be an absolute loss
1) Darkness is the hardest because he has an answer for everything you dow ether youa re a slow grindy deck or an aggressive one, the only way i could win against him was because i got Lord Jaraxxus with a Captured Flag to use the Infernals to deal with his 5/5 every turn
2) Vulstrasz the Ancient: You will have a really hard time with him if you aren't a SMORC deck or some kind of busted double deathrattle/double battlecry Jade deck.
3) King Togwaggle: i actually find him medium difficulty it takes him 3 turns to do stuff where you cana ctually get something solid going to beat him
4) Xol the Unscathed make him discard his Nether Portal and you have an easy ride against him.
5) Azari the Devourer: this guy doesn't have too much removal..stabilish a board that isn't weak to Bane of Doom and just smorc him regardles of your deck, i've never lost to Azari tbh, imho some 7th bosses like Bristlesnarl, Gutmook or The Mother gloop are way harder than him.

Hard - King, Azari, The Darkness
Incredibly eZ - Dragon and the head
I'm 3-0 against Azari and lost against the floating head thing bringing me to 3-1 against the final bosses.
So far I only played Vustrasz the Ancientst 1 time as a mage.
Really painful as he is anti-spell...
(Very) Poor F2P girl :'(

King Togwoggle is difficult? All you need to do is keep his board clear. Defeated him like 3-4 times now. Is one of the easiest.
The one I had difficulty is Azari. Most of the times he burns all my good cards and I am left with weak cards not able to match his tempo.
