These two are the ones I've had the most problems with and have played the most (mage I also need to beat).
With Warrior my problem is either running out of cards in hand or being overwhelmed on the battlefield with no clears. I've tried the advice seen around the internet, mixing various things like Double Health and +1/+1 minions, or strong minions and stealth, or either one of those and 5+ cost 5...
For warrior nothing works for me. I just never get the good combinations. I run out of cards so I try to get "draw card" cards, but that just isn't enough. I think I've just been terribly unlucky, facing really touch heroes late in the game.
Warrior was stealth and +1/+1 and steal 3 cards. That was the game winner for me as I stole the quest on Xol. Priest was Justicar and double health, and I chose a lot of the minions where stats changed when healed. Those were buffed insanely at the end and also won the game.
Just have to keep at it. I haven't done much playing since I beat all the classes, just randomly here and there. It is a fun game mode, but boring up front with the first 3 bosses IMHO.
Warrior is definitely the hardest class to beat it with imo. Took me around 80 bosses to win using a double small backpack deck that out valued opponents in the early game with pirates (and a few dragons here and there).
I did not find priest to be terribley difficult but I won on my third run using a double potion of vitality that closed the game with a wish + hourglass of time combo. I also added in tad’s pole from my 6th boss fisherman buddy.
Stealth basically wins it for any class. Other than that, the synergy picks usually don't work in dungeon mode I've found, just pick the best value of your rewards and out-value the opponent.
I did Warrior on my first dungeon run and got it on the second or third try with Stealth. Stealth is just so powerful in this mode, although you don't want to pick the taunt minions if you get stealth, which hurts warrior a bit.
so, that took way too long to beat it on Warrior…. even worse than Priest.
I'll never disclose how many bosses I've defeated to get to ONE complete run... but man, I've gotten to 6 or 7 completed bosses per run many times only to be fucked by Gloopmother or just dumb bad luck.
I won with Warrior on my second time playing against Vustrasz the Ancient. first time beating him. seems the secret is BIG MINIONS and Wax Rager + 2x Zola the Gorgon = 3x Wax Rager. The other secret is getting as a treasure from the chest (at least I think that’s where it came from, could have been a random spell from something) a spell to fully heal all characters (Tree of Life). That means the dragon had one chest at the end, and I was fully healed while the dragon had barely a scratch on him and lots of armor, so fully healing it didn't matter. Then I had tons of Big Minions left and the 3 ragers so there wasn’t anything he could do about it.
take that, old dragon.
ETA: the best hero buffs I've found are "5+ cost minions are 5" and either double health or buffed hero power. I won with buffed hero power. the buckets I used were mostly 5+ minions, legendary, taunt, charge, berserk.
Double Health, Perma-Stealth, The Candle, Poisonous Megafury Weapon
Very much a mix of card packs. I had 2 C'Thun packs, some elementals, dominance, resurrect, combo, unique... But really all that mattered was that I had Shadow Ascendant and Shadowfiend and The Darkness. Few enemies have AoE so those minions just lived for a long, long time. Then of course stealthed The Darkness is pretty much an auto win.
Warrior I went 8-0 with. Probably partly dumb luck, it was my second dungeon run. I had stealth, the 5 mana big creature ability, and just loaded down my deck with high cost cards. It's been a while so I forget much more specifically.
Priest I grabbed the gloves of mugging and steamrolled every encounter. I don't remember much about it other then the last 3 matches I mugged on the first turn and won.
What "buckets" of cards do you pick? What passive do you choose?

Priest double battlecry + c'thun package EZ win
Warrior was harder, but I beat the run with a combination of big minions at 5 mana and stealth. I think my final boss was the Darkness.

FINALLY got Priest.

Just pick Scepter of Summoning and Recruiter / Dragon Heart / Legendary buckets to play high-mana minions asap. Made it after 2nd attempt.
