Warlock and Mage are a solid head and shoulders above every other class right now. Personally, Warlock in particular seems insane....I'm averaging about 8 wins. And at that win count I am encountering other Mages and Warlocks way more than the other classes. A few DHs and Warriors sprinkled in....once in a blue fucking moon a Rogue or Hunter as well if they've highrolled really good bucket and treasure synergy.
Anyone else noticing the same? FYI I'm at 5700 ranked rating. Not that high but climbing steadily since locking in what I feel is a good Warlock deck.
I agree that warlock is on top. I always get 5-10 wins with him. On high wins I also see mages, but dunno, I can't play mage properly in duel. What are the good strategies for them?
Second strong class for me is warrior. Treasures like "minion attack same as health" (9/9 garrosh or 4/4 armorsmith lol)), indestructible weapons and of course big minions costs 5 guarantee me 7 wins at least.
Hstopdecks made a duels heroes rating a week ago, and hunter was in 1st place with warlock here. But I don't know, I rarely see hunters and not sure that they are really strong.
Hunter is way easier than most other classes because their deathrattle hero power is basically as strong as a treasure passive. Of course they are susceptible to transform effects but pretty much reserved to Mage as Shamans don't seem to exist anymore. You can just get buried under stats if you can't deal with all their deathrattles (it gets much worse as life totals increase).
You can of course beat them with weapon Rogue or Demon Hunter, classes which have enough ways to stave off aggression and have insane burst potential, but again it gets harder to win with those classes the higher the life totals.
I agree Warlock is also very strong, 1 mana draw a card and create a Silverware Golem can't be bad right? The strength almost entirely comes down to how many strong discard buckets you get along the way though and so isn't very reliable.

Warrior is a strong pick, mage is a no brainer.
