I got 500 wins as Shaman, but I did not get Alakir in classic decks... I can use it in wild, however it is unavailable in classic format. Also I have some epic cards available in wild format but I still have to craft them in classic. I wrote to blizzard support but they remain silent. Maybe somebody faced the same issue?
The achievement grants Core versions. Classic does not use Core cards.
