Depends on who you are. Some people pop off bud. They need the time. Some of the timers feel short too due to how many summons and buffs are happening during combat
Since we're talking about turn lengths, I'll throw in my two cents about the rope.
I'll admit it: in the past, I'd been an advocate for longer turns to make better plays.
In recent years, however, I've noticed more and more players roping EVERY. SINGLE. TURN. Most times it's either bots, but there's still a shit-ton of BM'ers doing it just to drag out the time.
That's changed my way of thinking that hearthstone should probably cut down the turn time limit and the rope limit. A lot.
And yes, I even agree with the OP about the rope. When the rope snaps, that should be IT. Turn over. APM or no APM. It's not fair that they get to have sometimes an extra 2-3-or even 5 minutes of turn play when I'm still stuck with my MUCH more limited time rope limit. I don't run decks that rely on APM's. In fact, based on what I'm seeing online, most players don't. So why hasn't Blizzard fixed this?
It's one of the reasons I stopped playing a while back and haven't come back since. It doesn't feel great when certain decks get time advantages over others. Especially when it involves the rope and the end of a turn, which, by the way, can change entire outcomes of the match.
If their turn can't be rendered by the time the rope ends, then it shouldn't be rendered beyond the end of their rope. Period.
