I dont care what HSReplay says. There are 2 very broken heroes in game. Shudderwock with tokens is almost always autowin. Nguen is broken as hell. Noone in their right mind will pick Silas or Flurgal over i
Leapfrogger is just broken. Lvl 2 minion that is played over T6 Wolf is just stupid. Also the animations...
My suggestion to fix: remove shudderwock,
make Nguen random , not pick one,
Leapfrogger cant buff minion that already has this dearhrattle.
Impatient Doomsayer: Avenge(4)
And buff pirates.
I can agree with all but leapfrogger. Youre basically killing the card with such nerf. Just move it to tier 3 and that's all.
Gemcutter needs a fix. He's just in a weird WEIRD spot where he's borderline broken if Mechs are in play/you're playing as George but he's worthless otherwise. I don't know there's something about basically always having an entire hand of Bloodgems every turn that seems extremely broken to me. Other than Gemcutter, Quillboars are kinda meh now but I can chalk that up to Leapfrogger, Dragons, and Demons being insane right now.
Frogs need something....that's not right that a 2 drop beast is MILES better than a 6 drop.
Tacrgeosa I think needs to be T4. At 3 she's waaay to easy to turn gold and getting double stats from battle permanently makes her scale IMMENSELY and way too easy. Whelp Smuggler is definitely in a weird place. Wouldn't call her broken but she is REALLY good and can snowball fast
Pirate's need SOMETHING. If Exodia Pirates are now actually too weak to do anything and is better off for proccing avenge mechanics on OTHER TRIBES you definitely have a problem. Seriously every new pirate is garbage and its kind of sad. But maybe there's some weird strategy I'm missing.
Demons are great right now and Impatient Doomsayer is probably half of it right now. A SLIIIGHT nerf on him would be ideal.
Murlocs also suck the loss of Toxifin really hurts them. Bring SI Sefin to Tavern 4 would probably fix a lot of the issues.\
Mechs...are in a REALLY good spot right now. Degenerate stuff with Gemcutter aside mechs are REALLY fun to play now and I would call borderline perfect. That being said Mechano Tank is WAAAY to weak. By time time you get him out his ability probably tickles anything it hits..would recommend he do 6 damage to enemy minion with the lowest health.
So far I'm having fun. My biggest success so far it's Elementals, they can get bonkers thanks to the avenge elemental. Master of Realities is a huge improvement over Lieutenant Garr.

Hmm. Are you using realities with a couple of the TT2 HP gain cards and cycling? Still feels like it's basically a worse Rag. Mabye if you can cycle the +1/+1 to all elementals, but that seems unreliable. Garr was great for providing a huge wall, and if you canget some attack buffs it was really effective.
Even with the avenge elemental, they get giong too slow for keeping pace with demons, and dragons can usually outsize, I find. Not my preferred choice.
If you have 2 Chromowings (the Tier 1 Dragon that attack grows) + a Whelp Smuggler ...
If you use your hero power to switch stats between the 2 Chromowings, 1 of them gets health buffed by Whelp Smuggler.
So if every turn you swap stats between 2 Chromowings with different attack, you can make their health huge.
Then I bought a Hydra and swapped stats with the Chromowing, having a 70/70 Hydra.
I did similar - although without the hydra. Ended up with my massive Chromawing swapped onto an amalgam with windfury which was similar, though. Vol'jin has some better synergies than I expected there! Most of the time I was upgrading other stuff rather than going for a smidgen of extra health, but it's a nice little bonus for when your other stuff can't be upgraded :)

I was avoiding Voljin, but my other 3 options were the "Who's Who" of bottom of Tier 4 heroes -- so Voljin it was.
I was pleasantly surprised to discover he can actually be helpful and not a far worse Mutanus. In the same game, I was up against a dragons Mukla who had been using bananas with his own Chromowing/Whelp Smuggler combo to make some very large dragons.
Nice to find some creative ways to create big advantages with what are otherwise middle of the pack heroes.
I want to kill the card. It will still be strong early for a few turns, but you cant abuse it with baron and you have to shift to mama or Goldryn. With your suggestion you still have a T3 minion that is stronger then a T6 and you dont fix infinite long battle bug
People say Leapfrogger is better than Goldrinn. Then would it be good to just swap Leapfrogger to T6 and Goldrinn to T2?
If any just straight up changes. Leapfrog to 3, Zapp to 5 Baron to 6 Parrot to 5
Thing is by himself Leapfrog is fine and could pretty much stay at 2...though probably going to 3 wouldn't be a bad idea so he isn't so common. The problem is Baron and Parrot and the best counter to this is in T6 (Zapp)
Parrot should just go to 5 he's always going to be in beasts and the amount of power golden parrot brings is ridiculous. Baron is an odd case as he was only good in 2 builds either with parrot or in scam builds. Scam builds don't exist anymore so now it's just parrot beast builds. So either or both move parrot to 5 and Baron to six and buff Zapp to tavern 5 cause let's face it he kinda sucks otherwise.
i cant do anything vs a leapfroger if baron isnt sniped.... 5 min of frog jumping than i get 10 sec of tavern because the fight took so long because of the jumping frogs where i dont have enough time to buld a counter as all he has to do is wait and get a 500/500 from leapfrogging next turn....
Am i really suposed to reload the game each time so the reconnectong skip the fight? This isnt exactly fun... or just add a "skip annimation" option or something

On the really bad ones I reset through cmd prompt. I don't know what its considered here, but its not terribly hard to google. It just flashes HS firewall access on/off. keep the cmd copied and have prompt open when playing, come across long games, reset. 5 second reset rather than having to relaunch the game.
Beasts, mechs and demons standout so far. Dragons and elementals can be killer but seem to be too dependent on a few key cards. Ysera really helps solve that issue for dragons. I tend not to play murlocs so I don't have much of an opinion on them.
There are some other heros that seem to have more promise now.
Tess if beasts are in play. I've only played Zeph once but he helped get some key goldens. I do like Silas for sure. Reno and Galakrond I can't seem to say no to for the fun factor. Galakrond doesn't even have to go big, you can use him in small upgrades to get the key cards you need all game. I haven't yet tried Vol'jin but look forward to after the above tip.
I'm really liking Malygos to assist in finding the key cards you need throughout the game.
Appreciate the Parrot/Buster combo tip earlier in this thread. The Parrot and Barron were both golden and reborn on the Parrot.
Vol'jin is just useful, I find. Swapping stats to a DS early, then back to something useful when you want to sell the DS, lettting you get good stats on a doomsayer or nomi, switching the doubling attack dragon with a windfury or cleave, or even just minor buffs with smuggler or Karath-immune demon. All-round solid - as someone without the pass I'll happily pick mediocre heroes as most of the time the other is bad.
Mechs feel dependant on grease across multiple turns into buster, and even then, I doubt they can handle demons. Demons are my go-to, honestly - I'll happily take a 1-minion T3 to get a weaver, for example. Early, crazy scaling.
Pirates need smoethnig good, but I don't see how you can really get them to be decent, even with patches.
Parrot isn't good for the mode, IMO, but without it, what happens to beasts?

I must say it is nice to see some actual BG discussions finally. This section has been slow for a while.
I finally ground my way to the 6k tier. Does anyone know where the next tier past 6k is?
How do you mean tier? There's previously been no rank floors above 6k if that's what you mean.
Yes, floor is the right word. Thanks for letting me know 6k is it. Time to experiment.

My divine shield poison murloc build lost to this.

Tarecgosa keeps the Divine Shield, Windfury and Taunt from the Alakir hero power.
I had a triple one and one of the 4/4 give taunts +2 attack when attacked permanently and a Whelp Smuggler.
Taregosa was massive and the more it got hit, the more health it got too.
