Anyone else been having an issue where on turn 1 where 1 person concedes and 3 - 5 people have not conceded but are just not there for the entire game? For the past 3 days this has been happening to me every game. However, when my friend and I do BG together this never happens. It only happens when I am doing BG by myself. At first I thought it was because I tend to concede games early due to crappy heroes, bad RNG, etc. So then I started playing games all the way through and brought my rank up from the low 2000's to the high 3,000's and yet this still is happening.
75% of heroes in BG are trash at this moment and if you don't have tavern pass, more often than not you'll be forced to choose between smaller trash and bigger trash, so for many people (me included) the best solution is to not choose at all and concede.
Since there's no reward system in BG and rank means nothing, there's no point in "tryharding". It's better to have fun with good hero, than struggle with some garbage one and MAYBE get like 3-4th place at best.
They also introduced a stupid quest to play BG and I hate absolutely loathe the format, so maybe it was just the day when everyone got that quest and conceded lol

As long as BG is free to enter, there will always be players re-rolling their hero selection by insta-conceding, and others farming XP by going afk.
It's better than having to pay for it, so don't jinx it!

I used to see this happen a lot around the 3,000 range. I'm in the 6,000 range now, and it's rare to see a player drop instantly.
