Remember, you also have an invisible MMR that helps you get back to your usual MMR faster after a reset - which we just had. What was you and your wife's MMR before the reset?
Well, that explains it. Since she had a higher MMR before the reset, she gets more points (similar to getting a higher star bonus in ranked if you're a legend player). It does seem somewhat counterintuitive, though.

There is also the question which MMR is used, group leader's, highest, lowest, average?
I also got the feeling today that the game is trying to push my MMR upwards: Got an 8th place and lost 80 points, got a 5th place and...won 80 points, and I constantly get +200 or more for 3rd, 2nd or 1st...

Ok I see, I understand and I agree, even if to me the BG's MMR is way less clear/obvious than the Hearthstone one.

That's true.

Hi, my wife and I were a bit "shocked" by something that happened to us at the end of a BG game played together today.
We grouped up for a game (she was the one who invited me) and she was around 4k ratings and I was 2,5k.
She ended 3rd and received +127 points and two rounds later I finished 2nd and I received +69 points.
Is that normal ?
The only other difference we see is she has Perks and I don't.
Thanks

Well, she was way ahead of me (I'm mainly playing the card game and not BG and she's playing more BG than Hearthstone).
Before the reset she was around 6/7k and I was around 4/5K.
That's also why we were wondering, because as you said we know there is this invisible MMR.
