Pack Leader nerf was expected, since he was basically an auto pick. This brings him much more in line with other T2 units. It's also directly a nerf to power-pushing through with beast and Ratpack.
Mecharoo was really awful, in particular compared to Scallywag and had no direct synergies like you have with Captain on T2.
Micro Mummy is a really strong pick that ties or wins against all T1 tokens and even Welp. The +1 buff also makes it more relevant into mid-game. Reborn also triggers divine shield refresh of Defllect-o-Bot.
Lord Barov has a decent skill ceiling in terms of general knowledge (who leveled up when, who has a history of crushing etc) and whose board you actively know. Still, you have to spend 1 gold to get 2 IF you are correct and you lose 1G on your current turn. It's decent for your odd-gold turns, but I don't think he has top tier potential. Will probably be a lot like Kragg, except that you get guaranteed 10g with him (if you wait that long), where as here you need to spend 5g to get net 10g and have to be correct 5 times. Hard to tell atm, he could be a power house who quickly levels if you are correct.
Jandice seems awful in my book. It's basically a worse Malygos. You don't get the benefit of a battlecry and it's random what you get. However, you can manipulate the early taverns to get a favorable trade, so if you have a token, she can get a bit of a power spike. I doubt she will be very consistent tho. I'd say that she will probably lower tier. However, there might be a case for swapping and then re-buying the (battlecry) card, like with Murlocs or Manegerie and Brann.
Forest Warden on the other hand seems really strong. You get 12g over the course of a match, which puts him on a level above Kragg even. However, you get the gold immediately, so you'd need to have 2g left AFTER you tavern up to re-roll and buy a minion, otherwise he's like Noz that you can re-roll "twice" for free on tavern up turns. Alternatively, you can tavern up with 1g and buy another minion, which is also decent enough. I think he'll cruise through early into mid-game very convinently if you play to his strength. Definitely the most exciting of the new heroes.
I can think of a few uses for Jandice. Recycling battlecries as you mention. I think she’ll work well with recycling pirates too for the tavern 3 +1/+1 pirate lady. Honestly anything that scales off of certain plays. The T2 beast that scales off of deathrattles, and kalecgos. She’ll be interesting to play I think. Good? Maybe not. Definitely interesting tho.
I don't know how barov works, but I assuming you pick one out of 8 heroes. In this case I think he should be super good in early game, like on round 1 and 2 it is very easy to predict who will win.
No Lich King nerf? Micro Mummy is probably an indirect buff to LK, even.
Micro mummy already has reborn. Cant give it reborn twice. With mecharoo you could get the death rattle effect plus a brand new mecharoo. If we’re talking strictly first turn and strictly lich king, then mecharoo is better than mummy.
Still, very, very disappointed that nothing is done about damage and way too fast games. 3 times I got 6-7th place in a row due to facing early-mama bear bullshit. Don't they fucking play their own game? It's super dumb.
Omu looks sweet. Token start seems like it'd be really good. Turn 2 Tavern-up, Sell a token, buy something. Could it be worth it to delay the first tavern-up? Turn 3 would be 3 gold to +up, returning 2, so you'd be at 4 gold. Reroll and buy, after buy 1 and buy/reroll turn 2. I don't think I'd do it unless there was something I really wanted Turn 2... It'll be interesting to see how the other breakpoints work out.
Could Jandice be used to farm tokens for triples? Swap your Alleycat into the shop, buy it. Next turn, swap it back and buy is a 2nd time, and you'll have a triple Tabbycat. Kind of taxing on board slots, but if you can time it right to gain a discover at the right tavern tier, it could be really strong. Could be done in a single turn with a Khadgar.
No Lich King nerf? Micro Mummy is probably an indirect buff to LK, even.
I keep thinking Lich King should incorporate some of the concept from Aranna, where the hero power changes over time. 0-gold is probably too cheap, at least for the first few rounds. What if it started at 1g, but became 0g after you reach Tavern 3? A nerf to LK's early game, but once you've got things going, it'll work out the same. As a buff on some bad heroes like Nefarian or Akazamzarak or so forth, it'd be pretty sweet. Those hero powers can't be free early, but probably could be free in the midgame, or grow in strength. Heck, maybe even Ragnaros could be brought back along those principles, throwing fireballs at more and more insects, and at a cheaper cost.
kinda taxing but Barov could be done for early game advantage... T1: Buy Allycat/Token Murloc sell the token bet on you losing (since VERY likely you will) unless you fight against AFK or some crazy Eudora..you start turn 2 with 7 coins..not GAMEBREAKING but a little advantage nonetheless

That's the exact change I think he needs, too. Right now it's just too powerful in both the early and late game. There's really no other hero like that. Most have a trade-off, a slow-ramping HP, or something that fizzles out late. LK gives you automatic wins early and scales with powerful deathrattle minions late. I really like what it adds to the late game, so I'd change the early game auto-win aspect of it.

Just make lich king give a random friendly minion reborn.

Exactly, games are now too dependent on high-roll / low-roll factor. if you are unlucky in few first turns, you will take tons of damage and get crushed before you can catch up. It has nothing to do with skill, it's just pure RNG (even streamers with 10K+ rank can't overcome that).
Jandice has the potential to being incredibly broken. If the minions retains buffs when swapped into the Tavern, you can buy it and replay it.
If it's a beast and you have Mama Bear, that's 4/4 every round. If it is Amalgadon, that's new adapts every turn to make it stronger. If it's Battlemaster, that means more health every turn.
If the minions don't keep the buffs, she can still be good. But if they do, she'll be broken.

A designer confirmed that this is the case.
That means you can rebuff Amalgadon or Battlemaster each turn, which makes her slightly better than I initially thought. You can also get easy triples if you start with a token-producer on turn 1.
Still I think she will be too inconsistent in this fast meta.

I'd honestly be surprised if she doesn't become a tier 1 hero. But then again, I wouldn't be surprised if she fails to live up to expectations.

I don't think swapping will buff the pirate or receive buffs from mama and the like.

Since it already has reborn, LK's HP does nothing to it. So that's one less target for him. So a slight nerf.

With Lord Barov, why not aggressively level up and bet on your opponent each round helping accumulate gold for the next tier?
kinda taxing but Barov could be done for early game advantage...
