This is just a silly question. I was playing a game of bg with no beasts. I decided to avoid murlocs as I thought that megasaur would not appear because he is a beast. To my surprise when i reached tier 6 i was offered megausaur. Is this a bug? Shouldnt megasaur be banned because he is a beast?
Although it's a beast by tribe, Megasaur is used in Murlocs build and therefore is considered as part of the Murloc pool. This also happens with the Zoobot, that can be found in the minion pool even when mechs are banned.
Ohh i see. Maybe they should also ban those cards to allow some diversity in game. If you are in a non beast game and they also banned megasaur you might have to change your strategy. If you are going murlocs it might be better to take any buff you found instead of rolling desperatelly for bran because your best battlecry card is not in the game.

Thanks for your time.
No, it works as intended. He gets banned with murlocs. Same with wrath weaver, he gets banned with demons despite he have no tag.
English is not my native language, so, with a high probability, mistakes were made.
