So I had an interesting match a few minutes ago. Both me and my opponent had a Demon build with a golden Soul Juggler. In general if your Soul Juggler gets to kill the other one you win the match. Initially one would think that this is more or less luck, but in that matchup my opponent had a much better start in the game and as a consequence more triples and overall bigger and stronger demons. This meant though that his first two attacks killed two of my Taunt demons without killing any of his own. Therefore my Soul Juggler got to fire 4 shots 'for free' without his firing any. One of them hit the enemy Soul Juggler and on the next attack (which was a mutual kill) I got to kill his Soul Juggler and proceeded to win the matchup quite comfortably. I know that overall I did get a bit lucky (I got 2 out of the first 6 shots to hit the minion I wanted), but I have a feeling that I was favored to win this matchup anyway despite having effectively a mirror build where his minions are one by one somewhat stronger than mine (unfortunately I can't verify this as I was playing on my phone and didn't have Bob's Buddy on). If that's true that would be a weird kind of dynamic in the Demon Mirror Match in BG where you are better off having weaker Taunt demons
Every single attack/roll/buy/sell is coin-flip based. I lost numerous times with opponent having less than 1% winning (if that tavern buddy thingy is accurate). Also i dont like how game almost always rewards certain misplays and bad positioning. But i guess thats how coin-flipping works.
