Rabid Saurolisk: I think this card is fun and supports an interesting build around. Pretty weak in early game, but has huge late game potential. It also allows you to make a Deathrattle build more powerful, which I think is different a nice to try out. Overall fun and interesting card with some early game downsides with low health, but lots of potential in so many late game situations.
Waxrider Togwaggle: This makes dragons fun in the early game and makes weaker dragons better. I don't think this card is broken or oppressive as its not a dragon itself, but works well when you are playing dragons as can help you carry the build. I think the design of this card is just really well done, being high synergy which dragons, yet not a dragon to be too good.
Cave Hydra: I think this card is just fun to make big. It is a mid build card which starts of rather weak, however give you a synergy to build up and position to deal the most damage. Its nice to have cards like these which are really powerful, yet takes a lot of time and effort to make OP.
Least fun:
Gentle Megasaur: I think this card is probs one of the least fun cards in battlegrounds. Murlocs are powerful, however not too oppressive unless this card is played along side them. Just giving a board of murlocs with Divine Shield or Poisonous is just not fun and makes this a really dumb card with almost allows people to steal wins. However, if you can't find this card for your Murlocs, you basically in a much worse situation. That is why its on my list of least fun cards as it is too swingy.
Brann Bronzebeard: A card which kind of links to the murloc being swingy situation. If you can't get Megasaur, the only other way to be in the top 4 with just murlocs really comes down to getting a brann and just giving your Murlocs like 80 health each. I just don't think its very fun as it does not get played with in any other of the builds apart from murlocs where its just crazy.
Soul Juggler: This card is by far the most annoying card when it comes to Random in battlegrounds. Demons are not the strongest, but has some potential. This card is just really annoying and takes alot of the fun away out of that build, as it is either easy wins for you and frustrating for your opponent, however if it hits the wrong thing you feel upset and can loose games. a card THIS random in battleground is just not fun.
I disagree on brann, it can enable a lot of different builds other than murlocs, like any sort of managerie, or mechs, or divine shields + taunts. It allows you to multiply your chances to get triples, its great for murozond, and it's great with the murloc discover even if you are not playing full murlocs, to maybe get a poisonous mackerel or a triple.
You can do the brann + khadgar combo and generate so many triples in a single turn with tokens.
Expecially if I see him early I pretty much always pick him, it allows so many things. The simplest one is to look for a bronze warden and you can start buffing it like crazy, it's more powerful than most ppl think.

True Brann does have other good uses outside Murlocs, however I still find him a pretty unfun card personally. Like I don't think honestly he gets played a huge amount outside murlocs as Taunt and Mech decks do not require him to be powerful as they are content using Magnetic cards more to make the stats. However, menagerie builds he does help alot and make fun, I personally don't see many of them.
brann + khadgar combo is a cool, however i don't think its common enough to make Brann for me a fun card
Mostly Brann is used as a way to make murlocs good, which Is why he made it onto my personal list of unfun cards.
Most fun: Herald of Flame. It's rare that the conditions are ripe, but is there anything more satisfying than obliterating a full board of tokens in one attack?
Least fun: Rat Pack. For the love of god, get this @%&*ing card out of the format.

I agree, Rat Pack is so not fun to play against and ridiculous as a 2 star card. Could easy be a 3 star one and still be a bit too good.
Least fun for me: Red Whelp: You have a great Demons or Beasts build, have strategically placed your taunts to protect your key minions (Pack Leader, Soul Juggler, Mama Bear) and then this little bastard has a 2/7 chance of killing them before you can do anything and potentially earn the opponent an undeserved win. And there is absolutely nothing you can do, no tech with Zapp Slywick for example
Though I'm usually the person forcing murlocs, not the one lamenting facing them. And if an opponent manages to rapid fire down my huge things with their soul jugglers, more power to them I say.
For me the absolute funnest card now is Unstable Ghoul. Mainly because of that kill your board, summon big beasts, deathrattle build.
Also pogos, even though pogos aren't inherently fun to play, just pulling it off is satisfying given how rare a thing it is, given that you can really only pull it off with one of the heroes.
Oh yeah, nothing beats the satisfaction of playing your 7th Pogo with Shudderwock as hero :D It's a meme strategy and even if executed to perfection you will eventually lose to some murlocs with divine shield and poison, but sooo much fun indeed
Rat Pack. Basically gives Deathwing free wins in early game. Go Deathwing, find Rat Pack and you are set for few battles to come and can safely build your late game.
Red Whelp - tends to snipe cards you really don't want to get killed before the battle even starts. Not saying it's broken or rigged, just very infuriating, every time it snipes Juggler or Hyena. Add to this Whelp killing your Whelp before yours can even breathe... Yeah, not fun.
Most fun:
Voidcaller + Juggler - Demons are neither oppressive or bad. Just solid. I like them a lot and Juggler is simply a very good card and games won by shooting everything to death give a lot of satisfaction.
Hydra - I like playing Illidan and going for Beasts just to abuse this card. Illidan is an underrated hero, so having such strategy going for him, is nice. It makes the hero dangerous, despite people generally not picking it.

Fun: Rivendare. I love deathrattle comps. It's so fun buffing everything multiple times.
Not fun: Megasaur. My options: Plants/Windfury/+3 Atk. Everyone else's options: Divine Shield/Poisonous/+3 Def.

Funny, I think murlocs and soul jugglers are fun.

Least fun? Mecharoo?
Oh yeah, nothing beats the satisfaction of playing your 7th Pogo with Shudderwock as hero :D It's a meme strategy and even if executed to perfection you will eventually lose to some murlocs with divine shield and poison, but sooo much fun indeed
Most fun for me: holy mackerel, red whelp, murloc and deathrattle builds.
Least fun for me: rat pack, soul juggler, selfless hero.
Least fun...anything to do with Divine Shield Poisonous Murlocs.
Most fun...before the Dragon update.
Least fun:
Rat Pack. Basically gives Deathwing free wins in early game. Go Deathwing, find Rat Pack and you are set for few battles to come and can safely build your late game.

I disagree on:
Megasaur: One of the only insane combo-inducing cards that doesn't feel like you had no chance.
Rabid Saurolisk: Meh. Not that fun, but I don't have any problems with it.
On another note, you are definitely right about soul juggler. Soul juggler just makes me feel salty that I got punished for doing well.
Note to self: 42 possible custom card arts in rak's rumble, card art "extra arms".
