Millificent Manastorm had to be nerfed when giving +1/+1 to just mechs. Stormwind is just too good. Regardless of how strong Millificent is now, certain heroes should not be strictly better than others.

The power levels were very different when Manastorm got nerfed. In the current meta, he is mediocre at best. To be honest I did not consider Manastorm when I designed Stormwind Champion. But I think +1/+1 to all would carry you well to the mid-game. After that it will fall down considerably in the late-mid to end game. In other words, I think pre-nerfed Manastorm would be fair in the current Meta.
Manastorm was "give mechs in the tavern +1/+1, which meant every time you bought one it was like a buff. The way I read Stormwind Champion is that only your minions have +1/+1. If this also includes your hand, sure its overpowered, but if it doesnt, its fine. Just giving the minions you already have in play +1/+1 isnt that strong mid to late. Its not like you can buff it over and over like Tirion. If you´re lucky you´ll get +3/+3 out of it if you manage to get a golden unit, and thats if the logic to this is that the unit keeps the buff even when it combines. Because it says has +1/+1 and not gets +1/+1. I think it could be a balanced hero power. Its passive, so you dont have to spend resources on it, but it doesnt have the snowball potential of Tirion or Jaraxxus.

These minions could work, but I don't think they add many interesting interactions, similarly to Festeroot Hulk and The Boogeymonster. Berserker has some mene value with Unstable Ghoul, but that's about it. If cards like Bomb Wrangler and Frothing Berserker were also added, then I'd be more interested.

Or make it like Curator's HP - Passive: start the game with 1/1 whatever (with ability: Your other minions have +1/+1)
So it's aura effect, if it gets killed, the buffs are gone. And so it wouldn't be strictly better HP than Manastorm.
Anyway, I'd like to see SC as a BG minion too.

I have a feeling that Voodoo doctor would break the game.
Worst of all it would just make games go on for so much longer. Healing should never be introduced to the format, imo.
