I've noticed a pattern, particularly in early games where I would become super powerful, regarding what minions Bob is offering.
For example, if there's a golden Wrath Weaver on the board VERY early, I've noticed that it's significantly harder to find demons to recruit (Even 0 demons over 20 refreshes is normal then), and even if no one has hoarded the demons to themselves. And this has happened always, not just a few times. And from what I have observed my opponents, I've often seen a golden wrath weaver early on, but little to no demons with them, even in mid game, so that's even a bigger sample pool.
Having 2 Wrath Weavers however seems to have normal randomness to Bob's selection, if not even more demons than usually.
board pattern I don't know but they say there is limited amount from each card at each level. if your opponent have the cards you want then you will not be able to find them
I think this is mostly a psychological thing to be honest ;) Its like when you're looking for something in your house and can't find it, but then you do. Then the rest of the week you seem to run into it at every turn you make.
Though it may depend on what kind of RNG generator they use in battlegrounds
Not being salty. I really think it does, getting cobalt whenever I decide not to play mech, or getting goldrin a lot when not playing beast.
While got nothing when I am playing either tribe.
That's selective perception.
If you're going mechs when everyone else is going mechs, you won't find many. If you're going demons when everyone else is, then you won't find many.
You can easily just spend a second hovering over everyone to see what they have on their board.
Otherwise, Its just your brain taking note of what cards you're missing, more often than noting what it gets. Zephrys isnt even smart enough to give the correct card about 30% of the time. Hard to imagine the team magically doctoring every Battlegrounds game to selectively omit the perfect card.

Has anyone else noticed anything similar?
¯\_(ツ)_/¯
