One way is getting one or more big Cleave minions. If they have divine shield as well, buy a second, unbuffed cleave minion to pop tree bubbles with one attack.
If you are in mechs, Cobalt Guardians are your best bet (against anything else as well...) as long as you have enough token generators.
It is also doable on Beasts, with a lot of token generation and at least a Mama Bear.
Lastly, Demons can almost do it, only if you go for the version with Soul Jugglers and, again, token generation.
You could have a mix (cleave and tokens).
If the game goes to the "supreme late game" and the murlocs have poisonous, divine shields and a lot of toughness, they are basically unbeatable, however due to the nerfs they have had, they should not make it that far on most games.

Feels like they are unstoppable if they manage to get it. And it's just laughable if they get a divine shield on top of it.
What builds can beat them? I've tried mechs, demons and beasts, and I can handle them... as long as they don't get the stupid poison.
