Hell no, that could easily carry u to a win. Will picking Zerus every time yield similar results? No. At the end of the day Hearthstone is a card game and just like poker you win some you lose some hedging your bet with skill through the random nature of the game.
After slogging through the minion lottery you also face the random minion nesting doll problem.
My take is shredder Rng late game adds unnecessary/unwanted variance.

Shredder variance is utterly trivial in comparison to the variance that already exists in the random attack targeting.
In fact, complaining about RNG at all in a Hearthstone autobattler is kind of hilarious.
