I would like to see some new/dynamic Boss fights in Blackrock Mountain. Blizzard has an opportunity to really make some interesting/challenging heroic fights! Naxx was awsome at first but after a few fights you could almost predict the AI plays before they happened. I know this will be the case most of the time (trial and error, like WoW raiding most of the time). But what if they introduce a few fights that randomly change each time to enter them? Fights like the Arena (Ring of Law) and The Summoner's tomb would be great opportunities for something like this. A little too much RNG ? I think the challenge would be great! Looking forward to the new adventure for sure!!!
I'm really curious to see how they'll manage the Ragnaros encounter in Molten Core. Since we already have a card for Rag that obviously won't be the Legendary reward for that instance, so if we could get Sulfuras instead that would be pretty cool. However, it seems very unlikely that they would release a neutral weapon, even though Sulfuras as a TH mace could be used by multiple classes.
As for the possibility of it being a class challenge reward, imo that would be even more unlikely since that would mean it wouldn't have a legendary rarity (taking into account the way the last adventure was structured).

The only way they could really do this right would be to do a fug/stallag sorta thing since the pieces were held by two minions then when they are both death it summons the weapon. that really the only way I se being able to do it with out breaking the game to much.

Maybe high mana cost could help with that. Similar to Gorehowl which destroys many late game cards for the next two turns it's played but it's a very expensive card.
I doubt it would be worth to design such a weapon that would require almost gimmicky situations and then get destroyed by a simple Ooze. Another problem is class structure in Hearthstone where 5 of 9 classes use weapons and other 4 have better alternatives than constructing decks around a certain combo which would require them to use health as a resource.
You do have a point with a feugen/stallag thing though because a weapon as a neutral card would be just silly.
Thanks and omg I should not respond to forums before coffee wtf.

About the possibility of a Legendary weapon:

That would be cool, but I don't know if we'll even see rag in this adventure. Correct me if I'm wrong people
I have no time for gains!
