Some will say yes. If you do, at least you will have the option of buying the rest of the wings in the future. Others will say no because the cards will rotate to Wild in February. My advice to you is to think long-term: What does it mean to you? Are you F2P player? If yes, it may not be worth the investment. Are you a collector? If you the disposable income or the coins, get it. You may enjoy Wild with them one day.
I think you can buy it even after the rotation because in blizzard store you still can buy naxxramass, blackrock mountain and league of explorers
I mean, with gold from hearthstone, I bought the first wing of naxxramas and I can still buy the rest of it if I want, my question is if I need to buy the first wing of karazhan to be able to buy the rest after it rotates or the prologue (which one everybody completed) is enough to be able to buy the rest after the rotation (with gold).

I think I'm not buying it anymore, I mean, the cards from first wing are really bad, so probably worth using the gold buying frozen throne or kobolds packs.
You could just buy it with cash later. Generally it's better value to use money for adventures and gold on packs. To opine on your question I doubt the prologue will be enough, and you probably need to buy the first wing, but I don't know for certain.

After karazhan rotates, to be able to still do it, should I buy the first wing or the prologue is already enough?
Maybe... nah nah nah nah

I think that you should do it cause later it could be impossible for you to get those cards without paying.

Yes if you want it. I bought all adventures, regardless.
If you plan on playing wild, yes. Or you could but it complete it and dust it all.
