I posted this on my KotFT bosses tips & videos thread but this strategy is so good that it is better to start its own thread. I do not take all the credit as I read this on one of the Youtube comment which was for Warrior. I modified it for Mage and here is the video and guide:
Construct a deck with two of each of Alarm-o-Bot, Stubborn Gastropod, Mirror Image, Ice Barrier and Y'Shaarj. After that, pick all the big taunt minions you have. For the remaining slots, choose minions with high stats, or good utilities, such as Ysera.
Mulligan and reset until you have Alarm-o-Bot, Mirror Image or Stubborn Gastropod, and Y'Shaarj. Cast Mirror Image and/or Stubborn Gastropod on your first two turns, followed by Alarm-o-Bot on the third turn. At the start of your turn 4, the Alarm-o-Bot will summon Y'Shaarj, which in turn summon more big minion for you. As long as you have taunt minions on board to protect the Alarm-o-Bot, keep summon it again.
By the second phase, you should already have several big minions on board. Kill all the Trapped Souls with your big minions. However, it is important that you have more Armor or Health before going into phase three, otherwise boss phase three Hero Power will kill you. You can achieve this with Ice Barrier, Ice Block or other minions that heal.
Once phase three starts, continue summoning Alarm-o-Bot, or your big minion directly, and hit boss' face.
Below is the card list. However, only the two Alarm-o-Bot are essential. Everything else can be substituted with cards that do the same thing!
I have not tried other classes. Priest and Rogue should have no problem as their specific Lich King turn one spells have no effect to the build. Warrior works too even if it may take a bit longer. For Warlock, just make sure you do not have too many duplicates and it will be fine. Hunter is tricky, as you can at most have 14 + 4 = 18 minions in the deck, so chance is that you may run out of minions for Alarm-o-Bot to summon. Nevertheless, even so you already have some good board advantage.
Not working for Paladin as you big guys are going to boss' side after they die. For Druid, Alarm-o-Bot costs 3 mana and is destroyed by boss' spell. For Shaman, big guys all become 1/1 and won't be very useful.
I didn't I used murlocs for most classes and just had to wait for the perfect hands. This strategy will only work for classes that cant win before turn 7

LoL ic. Actually you means "this strategy is only needed for classes that can't win before turn 7 for you".
Mage was the hardest class for me, well done. These kabal lackey + counterspell repeat-and-concede take so long. Most other classes have other easy solutions. Molten Giant Hunter+Warlock, Jade Druid, Murloc Paladin, Scaled Nightmare Warrior, Innerfire Priest, Deathrattle Rouge, Evolve Shaman.

Yes. Mulligan for exactly 2 specific cards in turn one is really too time consuming. LK's spell against Mage is too powerful comparing with those of most other claseses. If Blizz made it this way because they expect everyone use the Kabal Lackey + Counterspell combo, that is a really bad design.

Murloc + molten giants made the mage fight very easy.
None of the five is essential. You can substitute them with any big minions.
[edit] I was wrong. Previously I underestimated the important of Y'Shaarj for this strategy. After further testing, I admit it is essential for this strategy to work. Therefore, I edited the text.
