Anyfin does the trick. As others have said stall the board until you have some key cards and have killed off all your murlocs. I highly recommend keeping Tirion Fordring for right after Malchezaar spawns and clears the board so you can stabilize the situation. Then lay down the Anyfins and go all face. The longer the fight goes on the less likely you're going to survive so quicker is better but I do like to delay that 1 turn to put down Tirion just in case.
What do you recommend for very few legendaries? I have tried for 6 hours now with multiple variations of decks. The best thus far was a freeze mage deck posted, but couldn't quite get the card draws I needed in the right order. I thought I had it, then he killed my antonidas the turn before I was going to kill him by some luck ass bs.
This fight is just dumb IMHO. After turn 2, I am already at 20 health usually, and then it becomes this stupid game of trying to manage my own health. I only have one Murlock Warleader, and do not have Old eye. Nazra AI kills my murlocs out of the gate with weapons, or spells if I try the Pally deck, and no Tirion, Rag, etc.

Very frustrating.
Hehe, I got him 1st try - try mage with animated armor and duplicate!

You don't need Old Murk-Eye nor 2x Murloc Warleader. One copy does fine job. He will kill them, and that's what you need. You need to make sure all your murlocs are dead before killing the Orc.

Try a ressurect ancestral spirit shaman deck loaded with taunts. Make sure to resurrect kt once before the prince and have a spirit cast on one of the two before you go to the prince, and then you'll start with three KTs for round 2
I found it really easy with shaman and resurrect on KT. Won the fight the first try. Just make sure to stabilize in phase 1 and get KT on board. That moment its gg!
I somehow beat it first try with this which was intended to be a test deck. No KT, no anyfin, no Musters, no second forbidden, no Truesilvers (because I forgot).
Anyfin deck is good I can't say if you are gonna win first try but it's too good just heal and clear the board and once you have played all the murlocs and have Anyfin Can Happen in your hand kill her and GG.
Having all the pieces of the Anyfin combo but lacking all the big paladin heals, I built a deck around Reno Jackson, Youthful Brewmaster, tons of taunts, and a hell of a lot of luck:
I really encourage you to play Ancestral Spirit Shaman. Played 5 games with it, won 3. You just have to surive first phase, then drop KT with Ancestral Spirit on it, kill the orc and wait for Nether. Then KT revives itself along with your just lost board and after that the game is simply over. The only trick is to actually survive till turn 10 and draw KT along with AS. If you manage to do those 2 things, you should win easily.
This Shaman deck worked first time for me. It is true once you get into the second stage, it all but over. I had 2 KTs in the second phase and put a second Ancestral on one just in case some tomfoolery transpired.
I don't even get how you guys are doing this LOL. Trying the ancestral shaman deck, I either lose to attrition because of lack of card draw over and over again, or he somehow manages to kill minions with such ease and has a big board I can't clear.
I thought I had it once. I had 9 health, he was at 3, I had several minions on the board, but only one taunt. KT and ancestral spirit in my hand waiting for next turn. He had a 4/1 deathbite, and would attack my 3/5 senjin. He used a minion he had on board to hit senjin, then destroyed it, then gave himself 4 attack, and used his hero power. GG.

Try some other card draw. Acolyte of Pain. Squeeze in two cards by attacking 2 or less attack minion. You can use Humility or Aldor Peacekeeper and trade.

The classic tier: Reno Jackson | Elise Starseeker | Brann Bronzebeard.
Beat it on my first try this morning! I used a Mage deck and set up counter spell for twisting nether, this way I kept all my minions on the board!

Damn..... Finally managed to beat the first part with Anyfin Pally on turn 7 and then this stupid begins to spawn 2 6/6's for 2 mana..... Rip

I beat him second try using a shaman with Kel-thuzad, ancestral spirit, and a ton of healing and taunts
Try to play around him and his 3/3 minions.
For his weapons, tech in 2x Acidic Swamp Ooze. Drop them when he equips Death's Bite and Arcanite Reaper.
Reduce his minion attack to 1 by using cards like Humility and Aldor Peacekeeper.
Add in more taunts. Good ones like Sludge Belcher, Sunwalker, Psych-o-Tron, etc,.
Keep his health above 12 in order to avoid 6 damage from Heroic Strike.
Add in more heals. If you don't have epic healing/legendary cards, tech in Holy Light and Guardian of Kings.
Make use of cards like Ivory Knight.

Man that Anyfin deck is legit.
Literally just used Anyfin to face race Malchezaar.

Here is cheap deck that worked for me. The key was to survive until you have 2 call of the wild, so you can get good card from Mediv's staff
