Title basically. With a new adventure imminent, and BrM cards rotating out of standard next year, is it still more valuable to buy BrM instead of doing Arena runs?
If your just starting as f2p id suggest finding a class you really like and then build your card collection for that one class. If your chosen class needs BRM id say get it.
I checked your collection, and i think you definitely need to go with arena, until the date that you have enough cards to make a competitive deck, by the way my advice is that craft only classic cards and not until you decide which deck you're going to play with. (you will get most of the WotOG cards by doing arenas)
It also might make sense to realize LOE and BRM go out at the same time, so an investment in BRM is no different than LOE. Obviously though you may only need BRM for certain decks - Dragon Paly, etc.... Either way... next season is probably at least 8 months away... so you will have them for quite the time. If you are wanting to get it and play the adventures i'd say go for it unless you want to concentrate on building your other cards more.
Even if you don't decide to do all of BRB before the next rotation, at least get the first wing. This will allow you to complete it even after its been removed from shop. (If the same rules from Naxx apply, anyhow.

I already have a kinda competitive deck though. a bloodlust shaman. I've heard shaman is in a very good place currently, and I can get by in ranked. So do I really need those cards?

I think the only truly necessary card for Shaman from BRM is... none really. So if your going with Shaman and that's what your consideration is, then you could skip BRB. However I'd still recommend you buying the first wing to have access to BRM post rotation.

At first I thought I'd be a standard mode player only, but I'm noticing that almost all my decks are Wild format. I would've been annoyed if I had to craft Naxx cards instead of using my gold. At worst its 40 dust per 100g, so crafting a legendary like Loatheb would've been too expensive than having it from gold. Plus, the adventure is fun :)

If you're happy and you know it... well that's good :)
I understand. I know, hovewer, that in time Shaman will lose some really good cards (trogg, tuskarr) so i'm not planning on using him forever. My logic is that, since i get crap draws from the packs I pull anyway, (only pulled one legendary: yogg, one epic: kidnapper) I might aswell go get myself some guaranteed legendaries and some cards like flamewaker and grim patron that will be useful for a while longer. At worse the legendaries will turn into dust that I can use to craft a deck of my choosing; at best they'll be useful cards until they rotate out. So I thought, why the hell not. It's not like Arena is going somewhere anytime soon. And if I finish BrM by the end of July, I will still have some time to save up for the next adventure.

Well then, I wish you the best of luck in conquering the Blackrock Mountain! Be warned, I heard there are dragons around that area :D

Thank you! I just got Archmage Antonidas from the Brawl pack! I've always really liked him (probably my favorite legendary) So I've decided to make a tempo mage deck! Of course, I need flamewaker for that, so any doubt about purchasing BrM in my mind has been oficially erased :)

save for summer expansion it will be more valuable than both of these adventures(1.5 year vs .5 year)

Once again, thank you for the advice!
You need wing 1 for Hunter (patron and Thaurissan are worth having too).
You need wing 2 for zoolock.
Unless you want to play mage I wouldn't go further than wing 2 as a f2p
Edit: just read the responses to the thread. Congrats on antonidas, 4 wings it is.
