Now that a few months have passed since its release, what, in your opinion, is LOE's best legendary?
I think it's a close one between Reno and Elise, with Brann and Finley coming next. Honestly, I think we're lucky to have an adventure with legendaries as good as these, even Rafaam is pretty good.
Reno is a great legendary because it basically created a whole new deck sub-type (while most Reno decks would be considered control or fatigue, I think Reno decks have crafted their own little niche).
I think it's a toss up between Reno and Justicar, Justicar is now a staple in almost every control deck in existence, including the ones that have Reno in them.

Frankly, Justicar is just OP in some decks, the fact that it lasts the entirety of the game no matter when it was killed just pushes it over the edge. At most I think it's effect should last 10 turns after being played, and that's being generous. It's just a terrific legendary for a lot of top tier decks.
I agree with your choices. Reno made his own archetype, Elise also sort of made her own with Elise Control decks. Brann significantly improved a few decks that already had a bunch of battlecries, and though much less used, Finley was very useful in decks that defy their original flavor. Rafaam isn't all that played, but it is used in some rare instances.
Goes to show that all Adventures so far have far outclassed the Expansions.

Justicar is from TGT. She's probably the best legendary from that set.
I think Reno is the best LoE Legendary, as he enables totally new deck archetypes, play styles, and has shooken up the meta a tad. Bran, Elise and Finnely are all really great and viable cards that let you do quite a bit of cool things, definitely welcome additions. Rafaam is a cool card, but his hefty mana cost x 2 makes him a bit too much of an investment.

The beauty of LoE (which was, in my opinion, the best Hearthstone content release so far) is that there isn't a best legendary. Naxxramas: Loatheb, obviously. BRM: Thaurissan, obviously. Even GvG, an entire expansion, had an obvious single best legendary (Boom). LoE is the only thing they've released where all the legendaries were playable (in strong, competitive decks), and at the same time, none was OP and none was an easy include in every single deck (like Loatheb and Boom were).
I would honestly say Sir Finley Mrrgglton, because he can really help create new archetypes.
Let take aggro shaman as an example(even though noone likes aggro). Shamans normal hero power is not that good for aggro, as only 2 of the options can increse damage dealt. But with Finley the aggro shaman can get a constant sourse of damage with Steady Shot, Fireblast, or Shapeshift, a way to swarm the board with Reinforce, or get better card draw with Life Tap.
Control Hunter is another good example. Even though it is not really a competitive deck yet, it can become in the future(if we get decent card draw/heal) and Finley centainly feels like he could make it happen by getting hunter a more control-directed hero power like Lesser Heal or Fireblast.
And other classes like Warrior and Priest, which are often assiciated with control, could take a more aggro direction, and vice versa.
Defiantly Reno Jackson (currently). It's made the biggest impact and have created a lot of interesting archetypes which allowed for a lot of previously unused cards to come out of their hole and have a chance. I respect Sir Finley Mrrgglton, but currently he's used in basically only aggro decks so I don't really like seeing him that much. I expect to see at least a little bit of Finley in standard.
I think it's an impossible question. Though Arch-Thief Rafaam wasn't that great, the other three were game changing, and both reinvented old decks and allowed for new ones altogether. Just look at what Reno did for decks like handlock, and what Elise did for a lot of control styled decks, and how Finley allowed so many decks to be played in classes unconventional for them, as well as allow them to be adaptive to the situation.
I think LoE is one of the best additions to the game yet. Its release date is perfect to stay in rotation for a long while, which I couldn't be happier about.
Finley and Reno both offered brand new ways to make decks, which I feel make them the best success out of the expansion.
Brann hasn't be as earth shattering but will allow people to make new, fun decks for a very long time. It lends itself to gimmicks and combos and it's important to have fun cards like that in the game. He's often used in semi-competitive decks as well. I've seen him used in Zoo and Reno decks pretty successfully.
Elise lets you have a different finisher for control decks. It was well designed because it allowed you to include a lot of tech cards and then trade them out late game for potentially really powerful cards.
Finally, Arch-Thief is a solid budget finisher for players without a big collection.
All and all, it was a great success with these legendaries. Very well designed in terms of balance and originality.
I hate reno with a passion. He is not healthy for the game as he rewards bad deck building. It's just a cop out from having to have a stable early game.
I have to say, when i first saw the cards in LoE i was disappointed, really evaluated them wrong.
But, both Reno and Elise brought some interesting stuff in the game. Reno is n°1 spot, just because he created ALONE a new archetype of decks and i think Blizz made the right move there, it was a moment in the game where there were a lot of good cards and you could create a deck of 1 of's pretty easily; also, RenoLock is if not top tier close enough even now.
Elise gave control vs control matchup an amazing tool to win games, especially in Priests vs CW matchups. i personally thought she would've never seen play, but i was proved wrong.

Then, you must hate on cards like Knife Juggler, Muster for Battle, Piloted Shredder, Haunted Creeper just as much. Aggro's had fun for far too long, so what if Control gets one arguably overpowered card to give them a taste of their own medicine?

Thoughts?
RENO.
Where shall I start...
Reno Jackson is an archetype unto himself.
Howdy! [cardimg=gold ]Card Name[ /cardimg] (no space)
Hey, how's it going?
What's poppin,' player?
Reno was the most meta-defining. It's not often you see a single card create an entirely new archetype. Elise is a close second.

Edit: Because I dun goofed
People did not forget about Justicar Trueheart, simply because that card was not a League of Explorers card, but rather from the Grand Tournament. :P
Most likely Reno Jackson as it creates the new archetypes for several decks: RenoLock as the best example.
Then Elise, because she shows up here and there for many control decks, good for both early games and late games: Elise Priest as the best example.
Brann next, as it pushes the Battlecry effects that is needed by decks like HandLock, Dragon Priest
Finley as it is the least often played among all of them, it is more like a Tech card: ex, Aggro Shaman

If you got the coin, the Mercenaries get going. Vote for The Mercenary for CCC #3.
