Rules of the Tournament Forum

Please take a moment to make yourself familiar with the rules of the Tournament Forum. If you do not, your event may be removed and you will receive a warning from our moderation team. Remember that it is your responsibility to stay up to date on the rules of this forum and not ours.

HearthPwn is not responsible for failed delivery of any prizes which have been promised by tournament organizers.

For Tournaments Which Have Been Planned

• One thread per event. Your thread should contain all the information necessary for competitors to compete, and if necessary, viewers to watch.
• Thread titles must contain the name of the event and the start/run date. Dates should be in MM/DD format.
• Once the event has concluded, a moderator will lock the thread a couple of days afterwards to prevent it from being bumped.
• Your event may not use crowd-funded prizing.
• Any prizes that are going to be given out should have been finalized before your event announcement.

For Tournaments That Are Being Planned

• One thread per event. Add a tag to your thread to let people know it's in the planning stages.
• Please create a new thread once your event has been planned and let a moderator know that it can be locked.
• We will not facilitate the crowd-funding of prizes. Sorry but it's for the protection of our users.

• We now officially allow paid entry tournaments. They must be tagged as Paid Entry. Crowd funded tournaments (kickstarter style events) are still not allowed.
