The top 10% used neutral cards got banned, and the top used cards in each class were also banned. This can provide some interesting deckbuilding avenues for players.

Quick Note: This banlist is created based on usage stats at the ranks of the most active players in the game (Diamond and Legend). Tier 1 classes got 4 class card bans, tier 2 classes got 3 class card bans, and everyone else got 2 bans. The purpose is to allow lesser used cards to shine, for the sake of diveristy. There is no balancing reason behind the bans, therefore some decks can be hit hard, others can still shine. That is inevitable with any ban: the next best card will be a problem. So have fun and try to come up with the next busted deck! 

 I am not convinced banning that many cards is the way to go. What about focussing on the best decks only? Conviction might still be enough to carry paladin while Samuro, one of the best counter cards is banned.

Go make a tournament in Classic mode then if you ban all the cards KEKW

It's probably the only way to really freshen things up. If I just ban/restrict the tier 1 decks, people will just bring the next best thing. However, I am still brainstorming ideas and might change the bans in future tournaments.
