General Info:

Decks: Players must use a new class each match in a round. See rules for details.
Prize: $20 (Prizes are paid via Paypal or Gift Cards [your preference!] within one hour of your winning)
Entry Fee: This tournament is FREE to enter (except Fridays)
Skill level: Your constructed rank must be between rank 1-25 in order to participate
Maximum players: 128
Region: North America (European players are welcome to play if they have a North American Hearthstone account)
Registration: Registration closes one day before the event is scheduled to start
