So a friend just played a game against a guy with two Forgotten Torch in his deck, how is that possible? This was on NA, so LOE is out, but Forgotten Torch is not part of this wing.

Whenever you buy LoE, you get Forgotten Torch and Explorer's Hat.
It's a reward for buying the adventure, that along with the new hat.
