Ok so this is pretty situational but nevertheless a glitch I'm pretty sure.
I was playing arena as priest and the opponent was actually paladin. He played a Piloted Shredder which I killed and gave him a Mistress of Pain.
I then stole this with Cabal Shadow Priest and had a Auchenai Soulpriest in play. I hero powered my opponents 6/3 Stormwind Champion down to a 6/1 and attacked with my newly acquired Mistress of Pain.
What happened was my hero's 17 health glitched out and took 17 points of damage leading me to lose. It wasn't all in one go it went 17, 16, 15.. etc. but fairly quickly.
Any thoughts on what happened?
I mean Mistress of Pain dealt one damage so I should have only lost 1 life to my hero right?

But my Mistress should have died after taking the 6 damage from the Stormwind no?

That is crazy, but it does work out. At first I thought "has to be a bug."
Then you realize, she's dealing damage, then heals, but that deals damage, then heals. So, basically it's a KO.
If only you could give her to your opponent with their auchenai out, you could kill anyone.

Ah I think I understand now lol. Saw this from that other thread:
'The mistress make one dmg to the minion and Heal the hero for 1. The auchenei convert the 1 Heal to 1 dmg. This means the mistress makes annother dmg and starts a new 1 heal. The auchenei convert the 1 Heal to 1 dmg. and so on...'
Well at least I'll never make the same mistake again xD
Also against Priest all you need to do if they have a Piloted Shredder out and a Auchenai Soulpriest is kill the Piloted Shredder, hope for mistress and GG haha

Seems to me like the card effect of the minion continues to resolve over and over before the damage done to the minion is assessed and the minion dies.
In this case:
The Mistress deals 1 damage to enemy minion which gives 1 health to you, but the Soulpriest turns that 1 health into 1 damage (done by the Mistress) which fires the effect again (and again, and again, etc.) until you're dead.

The Mistress of Pain heals you with Auchenai Soulpriest it does damage. I think it counts as the Mistress of Pain "healing" you as dealing the damage, so it tries to heal you again... and again and again. So, yeah...
