Don't know bout you guys, but right now elemental shaman is one of the most fun , fair ,nice tempo based, not too op , not too weak, fair match-ups, and has an nice good old HS feel. One of my best decks ever!(Been playing since beta)
Typical of best decks, when I play against it my opponent is on curve, draws all the right answers for what I'm doing, they build overwhelming damage and blow me out.
When I play it, the reverse of that.

I think they should almost roll back some stat changes they made on elementals, most of them have now gold stats + great effect. The issue with shaman struggles prior to mini set release was card draw, not stats on elemental, it seems.
But at the same time my best shaman deck doesn't even run that much elementals, just 4 (the weapon draw ones and the overcharge ones), so I guess it's not that much of an issue.
Feels pretty fair, generally. Though the amount of burst damage from hand seems excessive at times, particularly in a meta where healing and taunts are somewhat rare. I've won a ton of games where I had a lousy draw, couldn't win the board early, but found a doomhammer and just SMOrc'd my way to victory in a couple turns.
I think the ability to combine attack buffs and windfury has generally been limited by Blizzard for good reason. Right now it feels like it's just too prevalent, between DH, Inara, Arid Stormer on the WF side and stormstrike & rockbiter to buff.
It's a buttery smooth deck without many weak spots. Easy and fun to play and highly effective.
I would imagine a nerf is in the works to knock Wailing Vapor down to a 1/2. I think the deck puts shaman in a really good place where it is competitive but not too OP and this minor adjustment wouldn't affect it too much.
shaman feels very balanced and this meta is actually pretty good, obviously there are people who will find something to complain about but comparing this meta to previous ones it’s nice!
In terms of fun I would say it feels like one of the most 'fair and cool decks to play' that's actually top tier. I'd say that the top decks rn are some form of Control Priest, which people absolutely hate, then some form of Elemental Shaman, which seems very fresh, then Rush Warrior which is the other chill deck (but less than Shammy) and then Token Druid which is on the priest bus just cause of the dumb highroll that can push you out of the game in turns 1-3.

Would like to hear your opinions!
I would say best deck is subjective to the play style of the person playing it.

It is fun to use it, but it feels to me that many decks are well balanced. Diamond 3 is the highest level I achieved.

Scaling 1/3 1-drop cards...the 'final solution' of hearthstone devs since launch.
Yes it's a great deck. Is it anything new?... no.

When the buffs first hit i genuinely thought shaman was insane but with the way Hunter is along with DH and Warrior it’s balanced in comparison.
