Hi, I just want to know the variety of game modes you guys are playing. Feel free to leave a poll answer and a reason why you're playing this game mode most. I can start by saying that I usually play standard because the meta seems a bit more balanced than the other game modes and it seems that it has less rng. Answers would be appreciated.
It has less rng because it has less cards than Wild. My fav mode is Wild, since it has many fun combos and decks to play with. Currently, Standard is boring because there are very few decks that can go meme.
BG is another fun mode to play when u are out of motivation. If I have to choose between Wild and BG right now, I prefer BG due to meta full of dirty Secret Mage and soon-to-be-banned Stealer Warlock.
50% standard 50% wild because they are the only balanced aka fun formats in the game, tavern brawl for the pack, solo adventures sometimes, eventually.
Never played one full game of battlegrounds. Either my device was struggling with animation times and the game made me pass several turns, or everthing went fine on PC and I got bored on my first game and conceded. I don't understand what's fun in that sort of gameplay. It's basically normal hearthstone but after you played your cards RNG dictates the outcome of the turn instead of you and your opponent. It's the most boring game I've ever played in my life and I mean no offense to the people who like it I just don't get it.
Did some duels, took me some time to realise that is it what Wild would be if left unchecked, the format has great potential but is the most meta-oriented and RNG-oriented in the game.
Arena is great but it's not my thing, building and refining decks is my primary, if not only reason to play this game. I can only half build arena decks and can't refine them.
I don't like most tavern brawls for the same reason.
And I do solo adventures once in a while, except some of the Dr boom puzzles because it's a puzzle not an adventure I'm not wasting anymore time for that crap and I'm not wasting time finding the solution on the internet either because it's a puzzle, what is the point of solving a puzzle you don't know the answer to.
There are my reasons to play/not play hearthstone game modes.
Poor Duels ... and it's all because most people play for rewards instead of fun. Casual Duels can actually be pretty entertaining because players aren't trying so hard. Of course, none of that would make a difference if things were balanced at all, but Blizzard does not tend to spend its resources fixing modes that don't drive sales.

70% wild and 30% duels. I enjoy wild but atm its in its worst state since for sure at least 2-3 years. So sometimes when i meet 7 seceret mages in 10 game i just play some duels to have fun and relax :D
BGs, most skill, least RNG and i never hit a deck that perfectly counters my own.
Standard is just dogshit and FEELS the same as HS felt playing like forever, the art on the cards might have changed but you still play the same exact shit.
Wild is much better, but you easily get HARD countered, fuck that

The 1st step towards a better game is firing Mike Donais! We had enough of his "skillful" balances!
Battlegrounds. Easily the the fairest mode in the game.
Then Standard. It's still pretty fun, but hell no it ain't fair.
Then Arena. Easily the second fairest mode in the game.
Wild used to be fun but no longer is at anything above chicken rank, it's solitaire. Duels was never fun to begin with (Though I did enjoy dungeon runs).
I'm about 50/50 between BGs and Standard. Used to play a lot of Arena, but it just doesn't appeal to me anymore. Which is unfortunate because I have a pile of Tavern tickets to use up on something.
Duels and Wild are modes I've tried but didn't enjoy. I don't see me going back to them any time soon.
Battlegrounds. With the laughable release of Quilboars it switched to Standard again which I barely touched before and played two diamond seasons at least quick and dirty, now after the nerfs it's agai Battlegrounds, but it comes down to barely playing hearthstone again. They fuck up their balancing and stuff so fast with so much stupid stuff ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I mainly play stanard, battlegrounds and duels, spiced up with the occasional arena run and the weekly tavern brawls. And of course SOLO CONTENT! I have no idea how many hours I've put into dungeon runs, rumble runs (gotta win all the shrines!) the Dalaran Heist and Tombs of Terror. I'm definitely a completionist. I'm also excited whenever a new Book of... is released. The mercenaries' books have been particularly great so far, so much effort has been put into them, and the storytelling is excellent IMO.
TL;DR: I enjoy many of Hearthstone's different modes, and it differs with one I play the most, depending on what I'm feeling like. Plus, the solo content is awesome.
Wild. That voting chart is kind of amusing... Standard and Wild are in a dead heat which should be surprising considering the number of "NoBoDy PlAyS wIlD" people there are here.

I usually play Wild but I need the legend achievement in Classic so I’m grinding. Very frustrating.
Take a walk on the wild side...
Mostly Standard. I think the meta is pretty cool atm, though funnily I still have troubles to adapt to shaman.
Duels is my second fav, simply cuz there you can do stuff that works nowhere else and control is pretty good.

I was there in Classic Hearthstone I have no reason to experience it again. The game gets better with every new card in my opinion. The game was already a 100 times better than classic when Naxx came out. Avenge, Voidcaller, Dark Cultist, Loatheb, Death's Bite, Deathlord, Sludge Belcher, Haunted Creeper, Mad Scientist, Undertaker, Zombie Chow, Nerubian Egg, Thaddius, Duplicate. How many fun and iconic hearthstone cards did I just listed ? Not all of them I guess, but most of them.

Its reallt close between standard and wild. But in the end standard tops it. I'm generally more competitive in standard than in wild.
Cho me what you've learned
Wild because I don't put money into the game. Arena second though because I don't purchase packs (with coins or real money)
Nowadays I mostly play Classic because I lost interest on everything else than battlegrounds.

Played a lot of Arena recently, balanced and fun compared to other modes. BG is also fun.
Standard mode is only mode.

Casual Duels. Just feels more fun than the other modes.
Less fair. But more fun.

All. Like, literally, all, including Solo and Arena.
But, I think I enjoy standard the most.
