I just recently froze Razormane Raider thinking "hi, if I freeze it and then damage it, the Frenzy effect should not take place, as it is frozen
WRONG, the frozen minion attacked my face.
This interaction makes 0% sense, frozen minions should not be able to attack, and it makes sense that you can counterplay frenzy in that way.
I'd go as far as calling this a bug - I can't attack with a "can't attack minion", even if I give it Rush or Charge. So this interaction makes no sense.
It isn't any different then using cards like Hysteria on a watch post. Or it's big brother Mass Hysteria. Cards that force an attack have always overridden things like freeze, summon sickness, or effects that say "can't attack."
It's not a bug but more an issue of implicit knowledge of how Freeze works.
You froze the minion, which makes it lose its "next attack", but that refers to the next attack ordered by the minion's owner, rather than any non-owner "attacks" caused by other card effects (as others have pointed out above).

Soul mirror as well. There are enough of these types of interactions that I think it's fair enough to expect people will see how these work.
I suspect this did change at some point - I'm 99% certain that freezing Swamp King Dred used to protect you from his smashing your minions to pieces. Of course, since I'm about the only one I've ever seen use him... I know that the DH 8/8 that attacks after your hero does still punch you in the face if frozen.

what is your thoughts?
Forced attacks ignore most things, like taunt and stealth, as well as "can't attack" effects, like what the watch posts have. Freeze is no different.
it makes sense - that's the wording "attack random". but you ignore the keyword "Freeze" - CAN'T ATTACK. which is wrong to do.

Yeah this works as I expected. Much like Mankrik and Felmaw ignore taunt.
I can see why you might think it worked how you did though.

Partners posts are correct and furthermore frenzy is so weak atm is not that this little favorable interaction makes razormane op.
Long years I have studied, now I serve the Lich KIng
Ir You play mirror soul, don't matter if the minions are frozen, can attack, have stealth, or hace 0 attack. Forced attack works that way.
