There are some cards ingame that support only tribes. Totem buffs, beast buffs from druid and hunter and for warlock and dh you have demon buffs. Or do you mean neutral spell that support a tribe?
If done right I think it could be an interesting game mechanic especially with all the tribes that HS has.
This would be a really cool way to change the way decks are built. I really would like them to implement this.
Basically a spell card that gives an aura buff to both players. It could have a cool effect changing the playing field of the board to remind you what one is active.
The only limitation I see now is that there isn't a ton of cards synergizing with tribes in standard right now. So building a deck with only one tribe to benefit from these cards wouldn't be big enough payoff. But field cards may not necessary need to interact with tribes.
I could see a field that say, "at the start of each player's turn, draw an extra card" or "heal your hero for 2" or something like that. They are neutral and helpful to both players, but decks could still be built with these effects in mind.

Perhaps cool, but knowing blizz this would be too “complicated” a mechanic.
