I've noticed recently that sometimes when I concede I do not get quest progress from the game (i.e play a game with a certain class, play deathrattle minions, etc). In these cases I am conceding in losing positions (opponent presenting lethal), and not getting any daily quest progress. Is this a new thing? Do you have to be below a certain HP for quest progress to count when conceding?
I don't think so, I've had games with <10 HP and unstoppable lethal on the board for my opponent where I conceded and it didn't count. I think it's the number of turns that matter, something like 8 or 10 turns.

There is both a minimum turn and maximum health limit for conceding when it comes to quests. I "think" the health limit was that one player needed to be under 15 health, and the turn limit is something like turn 6.
It's kinda frustrating when an opponent can have lethal showing on board, you can't do anything about it, so you concede, and get no progress on the quest.
Now, I understand not wanting folks to just concede for progress, but SMDH.

It's been there for a while, I don't know the exact parameters so I just stopped conceding at all.
You need to have 15 HP to have quest progress, if not it doesn't count.

Don't concede, let the opp kill you
This one from my experience.
Though I wish there was a time threshold not just health.
I believe it is 8 turns
Threshold used to be 15 hp and now its turn (or time) based.
this is not true... i had games where i had 0 card left and 30 hp i lose no matter whaqt i get no quest ... you need 15 hp or less
I think it's both. Minimum 8 turks and minimum 15 hp lost.

You have to be past turn 7 I believe and below or at 15 hp.
such salt much BM.
It's turn 10. It's really funny all the different theories, though. But it is turn 10. It has nothing to do with health.
