Druid is broken beyond believe, out of the charts insane, nothing else in this game history can be compared to turn 3 40 manas spell, nothing at all.
If druid don't need to be massively overnerfed in 10 or 15 cards right now then all the nerfs in this game history can be undone because nothing deserve a nerf.

Refresh Mana does not fit the Ramp style of Druid where you want to play big stuffs early sorry but Warlock refresh from Darkglare can be used in Zoo style.
Alternatively make all Mana temporary gains as Refresh (yes even The Coin because it is obviously OP like its basically half of bloom with no Overload right or an Innervate that Druids have) it is a smarter change because imo you cannot Gain Mana Crystals above your 10 Mana tray and makes new players do a ton of mistakes.

In that case you can omit "this turn only" since it is not a constant effect.
this will kill the card no reason to play it at all you need to remove overload to make it refrash
or make it overload 1 refrash 3 mana

why not make it "Gain two mana crystals" no overload, draw 3 cards? balanced at 0 mana.
why not make it gain two mana this turn and next turn drew 2 card this and next turn make a 2/2 this turn and next turn
