Where do i start for wild? I ONLY HAVE classislc, basic and the standard set in my collection
The cheapest build for you is mech paladin. Use it to climb ranks and grind easy gold. Buy whichever packs becauae you'll just be dusting stuff anway to eventually craft what you want. Buy old adventures for new cards and content.
Yikes. I guess you would want to watch the latest tempo storm wild meta and see what you can afford. I would suggest Odd Rogue. It is always effective and at least to me a lot of fun to play. Most expensive cards can be substituted.

You're late to just start playing wild unless you want to spend lots of ca$h on packs. You're better off playing standard.
That's bullshit.
Pirate Warrior, Secret Mage and Mech Paladin are very cheap top tier decks.
I would suggest buying League of Explorers and Course of Naxxramas with real money though. Those are the strongest sets ever printed, and they are absolutely mandatory for Wild.
As said before: absolute bullshit: Mech Paladin, Pirate Warrior, Secret Mage are the top dogs right now, and cheap as hell. But don't buy Curse of Naxxramas as above mentioned: you only need Loatheb on the legendaries, and also only rarely right now. And the rest of the cards that are strong are common or rares, easier to craft them. But League of Explorers is a good buy for the bucks.
Don't need to buy packs of old sets. Use dust. Many strong wild decks only use a small number of cards from old sets.
Wait: I just reread your post. You have NO cards from any expansion? Even the new ones. Sounds like you are just starting hearthstone full-stop. I guess wild casual mode is often 'easier' than standard casual mode as half the people are just playing 30 murlocs or similar.
You also get Mad Scientist which is one of the strongest cards in the game.
Duplicate is one of the better Mage secrets
Poison Seeds is a Staple in Control Druid lists.
Sludge Belcher is kinda bad but still sometimes played alongside Rotten Applebaum in Reno lists featuring N'zoth
Haunted Creeper is fine for token druid if you've just started.
I would never craft common cards as a Wild player, and you really need that dust for epics and legendaries.
LoE is much better than Naxx, that's true. I would however highly recommend to buy both if you are willing to spend a little money on the game.
That will just get you started way faster and Adventures are a much better deal than packs, even the weakest one (Karazhan), as you can dust the bad legendaries.
Tip: don’t be demotivated by the initial larger cost of wild. Cards stay longer relevant in wild. So in the end wild is cheaper, Only a few cards of each new set will be used. Start with cheap strong decks (secret mage etc) ( I’m a high ranked player u can trust me on these tips) . glhf . Also wild ismwaaay more diverse
1) Start complaining about how wild is broken.
2) Get ready to swear that wild would be the perfect format if the devs would only nerf X card.
3) Repeat steps 1 & 2 for the entire time you play wild.

Card Design Championmaybe just buy 10 packs for each epansion, to get easy legendary from each? that's an easy dust. Assuming each booster is worth 100 dust by average, with that strategy you will earn 140 dust on average.

If you look up the decks which use the tier 1 legendaries, you should get rolling. Some important Wild bullshit to consider if you want to aim for a deck:
Sense Demons+Voidcaller+Sacrificial Pact+Voidlord
Brann Bronzebeard+Zola the Gorgon+Reno Jackson+Kazakus+Zephrys the Great
Mechwarper+Galvanizer+magnetic mechs
Any tempo deck with Loatheb
Any tempo and aggro deck with Patches the Pirate
Mecha'thun combo shinaningans
Shaman decks with Devolve and Crackle
Druid decks with Poison Seeds
Paladin decks with Muster for Battle
Craft Mistress of Mixtures.
Most Wild decks are actually not that expensive! I would buy the adventures, maybe except Karazhan.

Current Wild is in the best state ever and all Wild Streamers such as Control, Roffle, Dane, Solem or Getmeowth agree with me here.
The Reno deck push was the best Blizzard has done in years.
Deck diversity is very high, with both very easy decks and very challenging ones.
Hearthstone will always have complainers, in the end it is a number based game so certain decks will always be stronger than others.
But current Wild Community is actually very happy with the game :)

Buy the adventures. More bang for your buck (or gold piece), and they are fun to play -- especially now that they can be beaten with OP newer cards that didn't exist back in the day.

You will need a big collection, I usually end each season around rank 9-11 (I dont play alot) .. but, I do have all the cards bc I've been playing since maxxramus
Not sure about the legendary in first ten packs for post release pack purchasing.
